Excellent process from beginning to end, easy to do, great offer, great convenience.

From beginning to end the process was simple and straightforward. Received exactly what was quoted.

Having to retire from driving at 77 due to health they helped make my decision easy. Very easy experience with none of the hassles of trying to sell privately. Unfortunately, I won't need their services again.

I first learned about Clutch from a friend who said it was an easy process. The communication was excellent before, during and after the sale. There was a delay in receiving payment, but it was at the bank’s end. I had my money the first business day after the sale.

I had tried selling previous vehicles privately. This was much easier and less stressful.

Very easy from start to finish, and a great customer service even after the sale. We forgot to remove our garage door opener tag from the car’s windscreen… called Clutch and they removed the tag, tore it up and sent photo proof. A big thank you to the team.

-Drop off team was friendly and patient considering how busy they were.
-Purchase price they offered was excellent!

They gave me a fare price for my car, was quick, easy process, money was in my account within 10 minutes. Staff, from the person who answered the phone, to the person who completed the transaction all were helpful.

Our Clutch experience was amazing. We dropped our car at a Clutch location and the whole process was very quick and efficient… no more than 15 minutes!
The young man who took care of us was friendly and a pleasure to deal with and money was in our bank before we got home! We would happily use Clutch again.

Fast & convenient. The advisor was very friendly over the phone and quick to offer solutions (I was outside of the usual 'pick up zones' but they did have satellite locations close by)! An inspection was complicated at drop off and the quoted price was honoured. Very easy process.

It was absolutely amazing experience never had in any transactions that I had during selling my vehicles. Price was firm and with in 30 minutes I got my money in my account. Price was very reasonable when compared to other dealers. Alex the staf was brilliant. Thanks !!!

Selling a car can be an overwhelming process, but Clutch made it super easy. They took care of all the paperwork, the drop off process was efficient, and the funds were transferred to my account immediately. Their offer was also reasonable and well within the appraised value of my car.

They tried to scam me at the last minute. They acted like the car wouldn't turn over. So fake. Then offered $1000 less. If it wouldn't turn over why would they buy it?
I said look, this is how you start a car. He said I already have a video of it not starting. Such a scam. Just offer lower, but don't be so dishonest

Good customer service and quick process..

Excellent easy experience for selling your car. From the minute you do the quote online ( which was very reasonable) to any questions you have they are all answered quickly and by friendly knowledgeable staff. If you call they answer the phone… you’re not put on hold ! I chose the drop off location and it was a quick seamless process. Staff were efficient in checking the car over and quote was verified and remained the same as original quote ! Money was in bank account within 5 minutes. I would recommend Clutch to anyone selling a car.

These are enthusiastic motivated people working in a company that is obviously inspiring them with a compelling business approach.

What a waste of time. Don’t do it.

It’s one extra fee after another, and then another. It’s ridiculous.

To top it off, they pointed to a few leaves near the hood/engine and tried to scare me into a potential $2,000+ repair. Their explanation was essentially, “We don’t see any damage, but because there are leaves, this is what it might cost.”

There was no evidence of any actual problem—just an attempt to sell an expensive repair based on speculation. Absolute waste of time. I wouldn’t recommend them.
