Ordered two nato straps which didn't ship for months, when I emailed asking they said they can't ship them anymore and blamed it on Trump tariffs, and when I said I'll just cancel my order they offered to upgrade my shipping "free of charge". This ended up being a lie because now I'm having duty fees pushed on me months after getting the straps that are exceeding the cost of my order. When I emailed them pointing out that they told me they would cover the costs they copy pasted their shipping policy as a response.

Not a great experience. Shipping was advertised as 4-7 business days but the order didn’t arrive until 19 days after being placed. Had I know this, I wouldn’t have ordered from here.

I ordered 2 NATO straps and 2 paratrooper straps. The NATO’s are at best, just ok. They are made from overly rigid material, not at all comfortable or soft and the watch doesn’t sit right on them. Perhaps they’ll soften up with use. However the Paratooper straps are just plain awful - cheap material which looks exactly like it is when fitted to a watch (ie a piece of cheap and low quality elastic).

The Paratrooper straps have gone straight in the bin - I won’t be using them and will stick with my usual strap suppliers in the future, especially with how long they took to reach me.

I bought the "RAF Strap Olive green" and for the price it looks and feels great!
The shipping was super fast too.

Dont take the Marine National Bands. They are absolutely aweful. Return policy - sure, but you have to pay even if the bands are not ready for use

I was really looking forward to receiving my new watch straps from CNS & Watch Bands – two leather and one fabric. Unfortunately, my excitement faded as soon as I tried on the leather straps. The stitching was so rough and poorly finished that they were genuinely uncomfortable and scratched my wrist.
I contacted customer service, and to their credit, they agreed to a full refund after I sent the straps back. However, I was disappointed to learn they wouldn't cover the return shipping costs. This felt unfair, as the return wasn't a matter of preference; the straps were simply unusable. The cost to ship them back was more than the price of one of the straps, which adds insult to injury.
While I appreciate the refund on the product itself, the experience left a sour taste. A company should stand behind its products, and that includes covering costs when they send out something that is defective.

Straps were not as advertised, were of defective design and manufacture and made of exceptionally poor materials. A refund request was raised same day but after a week of going around in circles trying to explain the faults to their customer services they declined to facilitate a return, even refusing a drop-off back to Stockholm! My interaction with this site was awful. They were disinterested in the customer experience and entirely unapologetic in refusing to resolve the issue. I have had to lodge a transaction complaint with my bank to obtain a refund. I have used many rival sites without any issue whatsoever and would strongly recommended buyers beware and go elsewhere - The Strap Tailor, Watch Obsession, Strapify, MaxStraps, Thrifty Gentleman, Amazon, Watch Gecko, and WSC all offered straps of far greater quality without any defects!
