Autobrite Direct (Technical Brands UK & Ireland Ltd) Avis 

I use Autobrite products on a daily basis to achieve the best results I can when working on cars! They are easy to use and provide such a good finish. I can’t recommend Autobrite products enough to make the car look like new again! I tried Magiseal for the first time and it was unbelievable. The gloss and protection it adds to the car makes it feel brand new! The customer service is amazing. Alan and Geoff (Gl Reflections) makes it easy to understand what the product can do! Definitely recommend to get that finish on a car everyone wants!

Better than mosschem which claims to be good until i bought there 5l Magiseal equivalent. Wasn’t at its best and they must dilute it down.
Went back to autobrte as you know what your getting and can’t fault them. There magiseal is better. Now the new owners are running lets get these 5 stars coming in

I also know the new owner personally and can honestly say the company is in very good hands moving forward. He’s hardworking, genuine, and passionate about doing things properly rather than just chasing quick sales.

It’s great to see a well-known brand getting a fresh start with someone who genuinely cares about both the products and the customers. Wishing the whole team the very best for the future — looking forward to seeing the business grow again.

I’ve been using Autobrite products for years and it was a real shame to see the previous owners run it into the ground.

Glad to see the brand and old formulations have been rescued by the new owners. Having dealt with Alan and his team for many years I’ve no doubt that the Autobrite brand is now in safe hands.

Back in January 2026, I posted a review about an order I placed back in August 2025 & was not fully honoured. Now I will give credit were it is due & this is it. I contacted AD in February asking about items missing from the original placed order & to my surprise I received a reply asking for details of the missing items, these details I forwarded to them & though & behold I was then informed goods will be delivered. True to their word 3/4 days later items arrived & they were the original AD products. So, yes I had a whinge but pleasantly surprised & happy to receive a reply with the items following on & arrived February 7th.

I’ve been using Autobrite Direct products for a quite a few years now through Alan at Autobrite Direct Ireland and the service has always been fantastic. The products are top quality and have consistently delivered great results.
Alan has always been brilliant to deal with – friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help or offer advice when needed. It’s that level of service that keeps me coming back.
Now that Alan has secured ownership of Autobrite Direct, I’ve no doubt the brand will continue to grow while maintaining the same great customer service. Wishing him every success with it – thoroughly deserved!

Been using Autobrite Direct for ages, so glad they’re back under Alan, with the new ownership it actually feels like the brand’s getting back to what it was.

Abyss is brilliant and Magifoam has always been a go-to for me, but Purple Velvet is honestly still the best in the market in my opinion. The smell is amazing!

Order placed and within 2 days was delivered. Immediate answer to my emails from Alan. Great to see that this company is now under sound stewardship.

I posted two reviews at the beginning of this month about issues I have had with this company. The last one being that I had driven down from Preston Lancs to try & find out about my remaining order. I did post that on arrival, the place was all locked & the premises was up for sale & pointing out like quite a few other people we will never see our orders again let alone get a refund. Both posts have disappeared from the Trustpilot review, Why?

Terrible company. I believe now changed their name to Mosschem LTD and Autobrite UK. Be aware! Been buying from them for years. The delivery times have always been very, very slow, but I am still waiting for my order from October 25 to be completed. Don't think I will ever see the goods, so they have stole my money.

This company has now gone bust and no longer full filling the October orders. I am still owed part of my order like others with some people completely out of pocket. AB Direct have closed the old warehouse and it is now up for sale. They are now trading as Mosschem LTD and Autobrite UK from a new unit in Stoke. New website mosschem.co.uk
Trading like nothing has happened. Absolutely brass neck of them is that they are offering discounts on the new website

I placed an order back in October 2025, nearly £200 of stock and am still waiting for my order to be delivered. I appreciate that during sales periods they indicate that a delay on deliveries can be experienced, up to 4 weeks, but we are now talking 3 months. Up until just before Christmas they were respondeding to enquiries but just asking me to be paticent as they are dealing with a back log of orders owning to the sales, butnow are not evn responding to further enquires and further investigation suggest that they may well have gone into administration and restructed into a different company, which if true is well out of order and means that they will no longer get any of my business in the future. I suppose I will have to contact my credit card company and look to get a refund for the unfulfilled order that way. Very disappointed and feel let down by the lack of honesty and transparency. Please be aware of the situation.

Been 3 months and only received half of my order. Was assured that last month the rest of my items would arrive. No longer replying to emails. A joke . I just want to receive the goods I’ve payed for

Purchased goods in October, 12 weeks later and I’m still waiting, no one is replying to emails. This is theft, taking peoples money and not giving the goods. Disgrace

Used for many years, but products are very limited during sale events and long waiting times. There are other more customer focused retailers out there, which pains me as I prefer to use local businesses

After ordering in October and finally getting my delivery 5 weeks later after numerous attempts to ask where my order was it was wrong. Made numerous attempts to contact via phone and email… pasts from one person to another to be told one thing and then another, more lies than anything and to top it all off when finally wrote a post on there instagram page they jus delete the comments. Been buying off these for over 15 years and won’t ever return to buy again. Terrible attitude towards customers who have an issues and all about making money. Terrible! Avoid avoid avoid.

After waiting over TWO MONTHS for an order which has apparently been shipped & should've been delivered over a week ago, I am getting increasingly frustrated by the total lack of customer service from this company. Ignoring ALL my emails & not answering the phone. The courier has obviously lost the parcel (Evri) but it would be nice if Autobrite would chase it up from their end or Issue a full refund. I will NOT be purchasing from Autobrite in the future. Total joke🤬
