Autobrite Direct (Technical Brands UK & Ireland Ltd) Avis 

Took my 20 year old Subaru for a Winter Package which included full decontamination, polish and ceramic coating inc wheels and interior.
The booking process was easy, the unite is really easy to find & the service was fantastic. Really pleased with the outcome of the job, the car looked spectacular and they present the car back to you in one of their bays so you really do see it at its very best. Most pleased and I’ll be taking my other cars in to them at some point.

Not great aftersales or communication, had a faulty part and emailed them, this got ignored so I called them, got told that most products don't have much of a guarentee and advised to purchase part from amazon. Have bought many products from them in the past so find this sort of service shocking. No more money will be going to them from now on.

This place has really annoyed me, after placing multiple orders in the past, this time when I ordered I must of clicked collect in store instead of delivery to my house, I emailed 3x about this, got a reply on the last email saying I had to pay the £4.50 to get it sent, you’d think a company as big as yourselves wud just this time wave the £4.50 and send it to me, but they wasn’t so I got issued the refund, as a customer I feel really annoyed I’ve spent good money with this company as I like the products.
But I’ll stick to eBay sellers now tho sell the products as someone who suffers from stress and anxiety you’ve really flared it up for me today and now I feel really down and upset by this company and there penny pinching.
Just found it really rude and such poor customer service,

Purchased an Autobrite Snow Foam Canon from Eurocarparts in July 2022. It failed in September 23 as it started to leak at the connector and was not usable. Euro carparts would not exchange it or refund as it was out of their 90 day returns policy. I contacted Autobrite directly via their website contact us complaints section. I got a quick same day response from Dale Wintle (General Manager) who advised me to email him a copy of my receipt from Eurocar parts to him and to send the Snowcanon in the post to him and he will arrange a repair. Upon receipt of the item in the post Dale arranged for the repair to be done and dispatched back to me in the same day, all free of charge. Fantastic quick service. Wish more companies were like this when an item was at fault.

Really thick. Delivered next day via ups.

Placed an order with these guys for the first time recently. Part of that order was a 6 pack of their Pro Spray Bottles, which was supposed to come with a sticker sheet to label the bottles for identification of the contents.

Unfortunately the stickers weren’t in the box. I emailed them and Ash the Dispatch Manager replied within the hour apologising and promising he would get a sheet out to me.

I received the sheet the next day, Ash had sent it on a next day delivery service using UPS, entirely at his cost.

AMAZING customer service! Very rare you get this kind of response from a retailer these days. He totally owned their error, no excuses, and rectified it as quickly as was humanly possible.

Haven’t had chance to use the products ordered yet, but all the AD products I’ve picked up from Amazon before have been great, so I’ve no reason to think these will be any different.

A companies reputation is in how it responds to issues, and they handled this impeccably.

Highly recommend!

Just had my red Bentley given the works by these guys ….Under the lights in their premises the car looked ok ….But when I took it out into the daylight …WOW ….!!!….It looks incredible …..Happy days ….

Took my Audi A7 for ceramic coating and detailing. Spoke with Nathan before hand and the communication and response to any question was fast and detailed..

After I dropped my Audi off over weekend it was handed back to me better than showroom condition. Nath provided detailed updates throughout which only showed how meticulous and thorough he was when detailing my car.

I would highly recommend Nath and the team at Auto brite for any detailing or restoration work.. you won't be disappointed!

I’ve just tried to claybar my vehicle using the autobrite kit. I have used many over the years but this is by far the worst and one to avoid. It’s left a horrible sticky residue almost like play doh but it doesn’t come off! I’ve had to spend 3 hours to try and get it off without damaging my vehicle. Would avoid at all costs.

I purchased a DA12 polisher and on first use it started behaving erratically after about 1hour then stopped working completely. I returned it but it was shipped back to me after Autobrite used it and didn’t experience a problem. Unsurprisingly, when I next went to use it it failed after polishing one panel. I shook it and it started working again but obviously returned it once again (at my expense). Autobrite used it as before and said that they didn’t experience any issues. They are refusing to refund or replace. I don’t believe that they have any technicians capable of testing or repairing such items. Do not trust

Had some stripes removed from my car and the paint work treated plus had the interior valeted they did an excellent job looks fantastic and smells great not very often I give 5stars but they deserve it I would highly recommend them

decent products but dreadful service over the phone, the staff member was very rude, aggressive and hung up after me asking a question. Would rather buy their products from Halfords or Mac's Auto detailing as they have friendly staff.
If you can't handle a sale, don't do one....

great products but I would buy from Halfords rather than online . I spent nearly £300 on products one of which was poorly packaged in a spray lid and clear bag ....... obviously this leaked everywhere , emailed customer service and sent all pictures as requested but was expected to send pictures of the box ? after it takes them 4 days to reply ? I'm sorry I don't store boxes this long . so long and short buy at your local Halfords Customer service and delivery poor

Have dealt with the guys at autobrite for a couple of years now. I find the website easy to use, the purchasing process relatively easy.
Comparing prices to likes of Halfords is unfair, no doubt Halfords could be cheaper but supporting local businesses is better and the service at Autobrite is more personable. Staff are likely to be more well informed about their product.
I had some minor omissions in one delivery. Autobrite were contacted by Email and they responded quickly, dispatching the outstanding product which arrived a day or so after.
I would recommend them again and again.

This company got me started on my business with their training,the time spent with you and their knowledge is incredible.
I have just come back from a days training and of coarse to buy some stock,all the products are spot on that I use with the best results.
I am now accredited to AD.

I cannot recommend a better leather cleaner than CLEANSE, it is far superior to any other product out there, it cleans and refreshes leather interior to a new look and the smell of it makes you think of leather too. I have 7 bottles of it as I never want to run out of the stuff. GAME CHANGER!!!

Took my M3 Competition for ceramic coating and detailing. When I dropped it off, it was covered in tree sap, tar and other detritus. Plus hologram/swirl marks all over the bodywork, visible in sunlight but not really obvious on a dull day.

Collected the car at the weekend and it was finished better than the main dealer showroom condition when I purchased it 5 months ago.

Holograms / swirls completely gone, very impressed with the quality of this service. I understand there might be ‘better’ products out there but value for money is excellent here. You get more than what you pay for. I’ve had ceramic coating and polishing on other cars from different companies. This is the best quality work I have received so far. Fully recommend.

I’ve tried three products so far. All three are average.

I do like the smell of the Purple Velvet, and it does seem to go a long way, which is good. The wash is average however. It’s handy to have a bottle, but it’s not wowed me.

The Elegance Detailing Spray is ok, it does give a bit of a shine to the paintwork if used on that, and doesn’t smear as much as something like Dodo Juice. But again, the results are just ok. Using it on the interior does and average job. Doesn’t leave any sheen and doesn’t last long either. You must use a totally dry microfibre to buff, or it does leave residue, so you have to use multiple cloths to do the whole car.

I do like the finish on the Hellshine tyre dressing. It’s a good neutral satin finish. It doesn’t last particularly long, but I do valet the car every few days, so it’s not an issue. Takes a while to dry/soak in, so you can’t drive straight away. Probably the best of the three products I’ve tried though, and doesn’t leave a sticky silicone mess anywhere.

The biggest downside is the delivery. Over 4 weeks to deliver is crazy. Especially as when I chased it up they posted it the next day and it arrived the day after that. So why take 30 days to put three bottles in a box?

Definitely wouldn’t buy at full price, but when the sale is on, might try another product or two.

Won't be buying from them again.

I understand that Easter sales were busy. But you can't expect people to wait nearly a month for there orders. If you can't handle the amount of orders don't have a sale.
