Missing item, no response from them.
Having waited four weeks for the products to be delivered, the citrus pre wash was missing from the delivery. I have made numerous attempts to email and call them to try and sort this out with each attempt ignored and no response. Their customer service is non existent and would recommend to get your products from elsewhere.

Bought 2 Lance foam guns
Bought 2 Lance foam guns, both stopped working within a month using their own products, when I queried it they told me to clean it. Not the answer you expect from a supposed pro outfit

Rather than trying to help me resolve my problem you invite me to have a chat on your forums when really good customer service would be to try to help me or even replace my foam guns, I’m willing to pay as long as it’s discounted as you taken full price from me for goods that are faulty. Had my headlights refurbished a few days ago and couldn’t be happier with the result.
When I arrived, I spoke to Ryan who was upfront and honest—he let me know the lights might not come up perfectly due to their condition, but I figured it was worth a shot.
An hour later, I came back to find them looking spotless—honestly like new. The service from Ryan and the rest of the team was fantastic. Friendly, professional, and clearly take pride in their work.
Can’t fault the experience at all. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I recently completed a 3-day 1-2-1 advanced auto detailing course at Autobrite Direct, and the entire experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the professionalism and expertise were evident. The course was well-structured and comprehensive, covering a wide range of valeting, detailing techniques and best practices. The facilities were top-notch, providing a perfect environment for hands-on learning.
I was particularly impressed with the trainer, Nathan. His knowledge and passion for detailing were truly inspiring. He was patient, approachable, and provided clear, concise instructions throughout the course. Nathan's ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner made the learning process enjoyable and effective. Extremely Slow Delivery Time
I placed an order on the 18th April during the Easter sale.I paid £4.50 for delivery to my house which said 7-10 business days.Nearly 4 weeks after I placed my order I receive an email to say my parcel has been dispatched.I email the chat to ask why delivery has taken so long and I get a reply asking me to email dispatch.I checked my email and the order is being sent with dpd who are not delivering it to my address but to a local pick up point.I am unsure as to who decided it should be collected from the shop as I never selected that option.I still haven't received a reply to my email.
This is the longest time I have had to wait for a delivery during a sale period from any company.

The first time I ordered from here it was around £300 and the response was great. Since then when I place an order of £50 or so, it stands for a week or so , before I email for an update , which gets ignored. Then I forward the original email with some note of exasperation, and then get a notice a day or so later telling me that the order has been processed, followed by a reply to my email telling me that the order is already dispatched . Products are OK, customer service is shite

Purchased one simple item and still not received after 9 days. I was informed that it is normal for it to take up to 14 working days to process orders during sales periods. I’m surprised they have not gone bust with this level of service.

LOST a nearly 5yr customer.
As a nearly 5 year customer I couldn’t be more disappointed with Autobrite products.
I specifically ordered an “Acidic” wheel cleaner to use as a deep cleaner on my mobile dog grooming van. Wonder Wheels - An old product did the job a hundred times better. I do t know where the “Acidic” comes in because it barely touched the wheels. Rating: 1/10
I also ordered a “gel” wheel cleaner for my Mini. What I got was a fluorescent infused liquid that I don’t even think I’m going to bother using. I was so used to the thick gel from Bilt Hamber that I expected similar - sadly not even close. Rating: 1/10
I purchased the above because I have always used their citrus cleaner for the interior of my van and it has worked very well (but even the citrus cleaner seems to have less cleaning power now).
Why did I order? Well, given that I was ordering multiple 5ltrs of the citrus cleaner, I thought (stupidly) that I might as well order the other products I had run short on from the same seller.
I guess I’m going to go back to multiple suppliers of my previous products and find another supplier of citrus cleaner.
It clearly shows that not all products are equal.

I love the products BUT..
I love the products BUT... and it doesn't seem I'm alone, but why are so many basics constantly out of stock ?
I also note the Halfrauds no longer stock thier kit, kind of guessing they had the same issues..Which is a shame as it was so much easier to pick things up...I'm not that far from their Stoke HQ, and like having a mooch in there, but the shelves are usually only half full....come on guys, sort it out...the product is great...sort the supply issues please...I really don't like the big brands...

Tried to purchase a gift voucher for my…
Tried to purchase a gift voucher for my dad for Father’s Day, didn’t arrive baring in mind it was just an email. I had the confirmation of the order, had the money taken from my account all very promptly. I waited a couple days and had no email so emailed them to which they asked for the email so it could be sent again and to check their junk folder. Still nothing! I asked for a refund as it was now over a week without the gift, again it was simply an evoucher. I found the customer service lacking with no apologies and then got snarky when I said I feel like they’ve not helped me, they certainly don’t care much for their job. I’ve been a returning customer as well as my family have been, not impressed with the service I’ve received, extremely disappointed.

Terrible experience..
Terrible experience... Do not recommend. I purchased a stubby gun which turned out to be defective & the end actually fired out during use, I had been sent a replacement after a full back & forth conversation after being told there was nothing wrong with the item & it was finally admitted there was. I finally received the replacement & it has broken again within just a couple months interrupting business.
Shop for a better brand & spend a little more.

Awful despatch times
Their products are decent, but they seem to think their quality products can offset their appalling customer service.
This is made all the worse when you read about the 'excellent margins' that you could make as a reseller.
If their profit margins are so good, then why don't they employ more staff, or offer a more competitive price for dealing direct?
I've since found that EuroCarParts sell most of the consumables that I need, CHEAPER than Autobrite Direct direct!
This makes no sense, why would anyone buy direct? Save your time and sanity and don't buy from their website.

Decent products, woeful service
I like the majority of the products I have purchased from Autobrite, but the service is unbearably slow. I ordered 10 items on 23 March, and it took until 2 April to fulfill the order and the courier delivered it on 3 April. 10 days to fulfill and dispatch an order when everything is in stock (checked at time of online order). They use the excuse that they are "very busy" during a sale, but I would bet they still don't even come close to the number of orders Amazon get, and I get my Amazon stuff next day, sometimes even the same day! Even Ebay has averaged 3 days, and I've received orders from China in 8 days. They really need to up their sevice times. I'll stick to buying online from Bilt Hamber or Turtle Wax both of whome are much faster.
