We were very pleased with the recent work carried out in our loft by Colin and Bobby. This was a difficult tiny space to work in but the work was carried out efficiently , to a high standard. The disposal of a huge amount of old foam was well managed and the surrounding area was cleaner than it has ever been!! There was one slight mishap because a recessed light fixture in the ceiling came loose due to pressure from new insulation. We had to get an electrician to reinstall a new light.

The team arrived late due to an incident on the M1. However, I was made aware in a timely manner. When the team arrived, the worked through the day and into the evening to make up time. Returned on day two to complete the work. Again working into the early evening. They cleared up afterwards. Very well done.

Team were polite and worked very hard. I have no complaints.

The guys came and were very polite answered all our questions and cleared everything away after them. Certificates arrived promptly afterwards. We would definitely use coastal prime again.

Very friendly and professional service. The Rep explained simply with his findings what need to be done . Did not pressure for any action but left it to me to decide what’s next .
The two members were respectful discreet and friendly .

The initial phone calls were conducted pleasantly and efficiently. The surveyor Duncan Fraser explained everything very clearly and thoroughly and answered all questions in a straight forward manner. And, the installation was completed on schedule and everything swept clean.

Rep arrived on time inspected the loft explained the alternatives and costs. Agreeded the instalation date and cost, explained the process, on day of insulation crew phoned to confirm arrival time, on arrival fitters introduced themselves and explained the process, started insulation and did not stop until completion keeping us informed of there progress, on completion they invited us to inspect and address any problems if any we found (none) instalation crew were polite,curtious,and hard working and made the process as easy as possible. Very pleased with insulation.

everyone i had contact with was very helpful and polite. they explained what needed to be done in plain english and that helped as to much jargon does my head in. they took photos as they went along and cleared up afterwards. they also took all the stuff out of the loft and put it back,

The installers arrived on time, were very polite and friendly. They discussed with me what they proposed to do and how long it was likely to take. They cleared up any mess as well as hoovered the area. All in all I was very pleased with the installation.,

Surveyor was not brilliant but the crew who carried out the loft insulation were excellent. Our loft access is very restricted and difficult to get into and out of, the two lads who did the installation had no problem and worked continuously from arrival to departure. They were very clean and tidy no mess atall, work completed in approximately four hours. Would highly recommend this company.
An added bonus from our point of view is the upstairs is considerably cooler during heatwave conditions.
All in all a good choice to have loft insulated

Have just The installer were very good but to get a follow up inspection as promised despite emails and phone calls no one was in touch as yet and this was last july. Have just had a visit from jakhylton who inspected the work done in loft and also photos to let me know every thing was OK. It may have taken nearly a year but thank you for putting my mind at ease.

I was impressed by the honesty and professionalism of the surveyor Duncan Fraser and he gave me a true outlook of the company and the product. I assessed his information and it enabled me to make a decision to go with the company product without hesitation.

I was kept informed about everything that what was happening. The men were very respectful
Left everything clean and tidy.

I used costal prime to remove spray foam from my loft.
They gave me a cost price which was a lot cheaper than other quotes I received, which they kept too.
They removed the spay foam quickly and cleanly.
I also received a follow on phone call making sure everything was okay and was there any problems with the removal of the spay foam.
I would highly recommend Costal Prime in the removal of spray foam from loft spaces.
