Coastal Prime Ltd Avis

This was our first experience with Coastal Prime. They have been professional throughout, from their communications with us to the two-man team who came to insulate our loft. It has been a very positive experience.

I was impressed with the men. They were very efficient and very pleasant. They worked quietly and competently and cleared up afterwards.

The surveyor was thorough and showed us photos of the existing insulation, highlighting problems.
The two installers arrived on time and were polite and efficient. They were happy for me to look at their work upon completion and when I queried one specific aspect, they were happy to go and double check that the problem had been resolved.
I await the inspection visit from a surveyor to confirm my feeling that this was a job well done. Everything was left clean and tidy on completion.

A really good job done by professional team. No mess at all and the insulation of the loft was as hoped for. Good job and a good price 😊Highly recommended.

A very efficient team, arrived promptly, worked hard but creating very little mess. Cleared everything up and left taking all their rubbish with them. A delightful and cheery team.

From the surveyor who came out to assess the job we needed doing, we knew we were dealing with a professional company. He came to our house and told us what we already knew, that the spray foam needed removing before it caused too much damage and recommended the multi layer foil insulation.
The removal and insulation team arrived on time and were very polite and helpful. They worked extremely hard and removed countless garbage sacks of foam, we didn’t think it was all going to fit in their vehicle but it did and they left the workspace clean and tidy. They then proceeded to fit the new insulation, which they did very professionally.
We didn’t need to clear all our junk out of the loft, they managed to work around and left the area clean and tidy.
I would highly recommend “Coastal Prime” from the surveyor to the removal and insulation team, everyone were very professional and courteous and did an excellent job for us.

A very good job was done in my loft which is not the easiest job to do by three lads ho worked hard all day and cleared all the rubbish up and away. I inspected the job when finished and was very pleased. Thanks for a good job.

Clear analysis of the issues. Operatives came when booked and were polite and cleared up well afterwards. Some lack of communication between the two sets of operatives, though.

The removal of the foam was done very well the doing it were polite extremely efficient and cleaned everything up perfectly.

All of the staff, surveyer and fitters were all professional and polite. Very impressed.

Colin&Bobby were very helpful and told us what they were doing, made sure everything was tidy .we are pleased with what was done .

These guys came out there way to get my loft works done. On the Sunday, as their van broke down on Saturday.Very pleased with the loft foiling blanket job they carried out. They also noticed that I needed a couple of brick vent covers, so they even popped out and bought and fitted them at the same time. Very happy with the work that they carried out.Tidy job all round.

i was pleased to have foam removed from my loft, the men came and it took them eight hours to remove it they worked very well, they left the loft clean and took away the rubbish very good job .

From the first phone call from coastal prime, until after work was done I have been very impressed, Gordon Hill was the first person I saw & having been mislead by another company, he put me at my ease, & the team who installed my loft insulation were brilliant they cleaned up everything & treated me with respect.

An independent inspector looked at the roof space and recommended fitting silvered insulation which would protect the felt as well as retaining heat in the houe. I was told the full cost would be over £6,000, but due to government grants it would cost me £3,150. I was told a team could come the following day, and when I said I had a commitment first thing ion the morning the start was delayed. It felt as though they did not want to give me time to change my mind, a tactic I have encountered from scammers. But a team of three appeared, set to work, and completed the job in seven hours. They were polite and pleasant . They showed me photos of the work they had done. At my request they moved downstairs some boxes we had stored there. One of them slipped on a beam and put his foot through a bedroom ceiling, but he got hold of the necessary materials and did a perfect repair I offered them drinks, bu all they wanted was some water. They put down protective plastic strips, and cleaned up thoroughly when they had finished. Apart from the cost, I was very happy,

We loved the crew that came to do the job, they were conscientious and did not stop;
but we did have to vacuum again after they did, when they left on the 1st day. They very carefully vacuumed the floor but not the walls or ceiling which were also covered in the foam insulation that they were removing. And since they had been wearing masks all day, we were not best pleased to have to clean up further. However when I spoke to the office on the next morning our minor complaint was registered and a further discount given to compensate us. At this point, about a month later we are very happy with the work done.

Delighted with the work, the old fashioned courtesy and politeness of the workmen and for the help, advice and patience of Gordon. Well done!

We had a survey of our roof space by an agent of Coastal Prime and we decided to go ahead with the project.. We are an elderly couple and had a few misgivings about whether we had done the right thing but we needn’t have worried. Pavel and Karukh were excellent. They worked tirelessly for 12 hours and left the site spotless. They were polite and couteous and were a credit to themselves and the company. The result was excellent and we would definitely recommend them and the company to future customers

got on with the job they had to do friendly genuine installers explained what they were going to do and after they had finished the fitting of tne insulation i would recomend them
