Stor varning för detta företag

Stor varning för detta företag . Först var ordern flera veckor sen utan notis. Sedan när jag körde adaptern på min vertuo så överhettades min maskin och gick sönder. Kaffet som jag hann dricka någon gång innan maskinen pajade smakade inte bra.

Ordered over a month ago - complaint handled positively

Initial review - Ordered over a month ago, coffee not arrived. Company responds to emails citing ‘slight delays with roasters in Italy’ and promising delayed orders will be prioritised, however no sign of any coffee. Disappointed with my experience with this company, based on experience to date I would not recommend (chased three times for an update before leaving this feedback).

EDIT - within hours of leaving the review I was contacted by Jonathan (Owner). A Missed call, an email, texts and the below response. I have been told a refund has been processed and a delivery of coffee despatched. I will update this review when these are received.
2nd edit. I am grateful for Jonathan’s input in resolving the above. He delivered on his promises, thank you Jonathan.

Coffee is in a league of its own for…

Coffee is in a league of its own for pods and I will switch permanently.
Only 4 stars simply because I placed my order before Christmas 2025 and it was only delivered here in the UK this week (February 2026).
However, customer service was excellent in keeping me updated and I strongly suspect this lovely company is becoming a victim of its own success!
Genuinely the best coffee pods I have ever tasted.

Great customer service

Having had some teething problems I received a personal call from the founder Jonathan apologising for the issues and sorting them for me. Hopefully the coffee will be as good as the customer service.

My order finally arrived but there was no decaf which had been ordered. I have been offered a refund, which doesn’t seem to show yet, but I would actually prefer to receive the decaf as we are really enjoying this new coffee and hope to make them our regular supplier once all the teething problems are sorted. It is more expensive than our previous supplier, however, we all agree that it is much nicer coffee. I will feedback once more if we get to try the decaf.

Skrev en riktig dålig recension av coffydoor här på Trustpilot. Då kontaktar ägaren Jonathan mig privat o ber mig ta bort recensionen o ge dom en chans till plus gav mig 250 gratispoäng Tyvärr gjorde jag så men deras otroligt dåliga leveranstider fortsatte o när jag skulle använda mina poäng så gick inte det! Det här gränsar till bedrägeri! Kommer att anmäla till konsumentverket o också undersöka möjligheten för en polisanmälan

Delivery issues finally resolved?

I ordered in the 9th of January 2026 and, after lots of chasing and communications issues, finally received delivery on the 5th of February 2026. Not good.

UPDATE after response from Coffydoor below.

I am getting emails from Coffydoor. The last one was on the 23rd of January telling me that Coffydoor "will be able to ship it from our warehouse in the middle of next week. The coffee was picked up in Italy yesterday morning and it usually takes around 4-5 days to arrive. As soon as it touches our warehouse – it will do a 180 turn and be sent your way!

The reason for giving this review is that it is now over a week since the last email and I'd heard and received nothing.

I've now had an email from Jonathan at Coffydoor and a phone call to apologise for the delays and a promise that the coffee will be shipped on Monday the 2nd of February 2026.

I've updated this review again now that I've received the coffee. In the meantime, I had to place another order with Nespresso to avoid running out of coffee.

UPDATE. 1st February 2026.
I still haven't received the coffee, but Jonathan, the founder of Coffydoor, and I have spoken on the phone. It is clear that various things have conspired against Coffydoor to collectively cause the delays. The communication with customers (me) about these issues had been less than ideal. However they are a young company and I believe their heart is in the right place. They are doing and have done various things to make up for the delayed shipping, which is much appreciated.

I hope to be able to add a final update to this review shortly, together with my opinion of the coffee. Fingers crossed that there isn't more snow and holidays and customs delays and staff issues and other problems and that my coffee arrives soon.

UPDATE 5th February 2026.
I'm delighted to say that I've now received the delivery of coffee, although no decaf. The decaffeinated coffee I ordered was replaced by more ordinary espresso, which is fine, but not ideal.

Jonathan at Coffydoor says that whilst decaffeinated is about 2% of orders in Scandinavia it is about 25% in the UK and this caught them out.

In terms of packaging dates, the Coffydoor coffee was packed on the 26 of January 2026. My most recent delivery of Nespresso coffee was packed on the 12 of January 2026 (Apreggio) and on the 13th of November 2025 (Arpeggio decaffinato), so the Coffydoor is definitely a bit fresher, but not necessarily massively so.

Obviously, we don't know how much time there is between roasting and packaging for either Nespresso or Coffydoor, but my guess is that Coffydoor is a bit faster.

As far as taste, aroma, and mouth feel are concerned, in my opinion the Coffydoor is definitely better than the Nespresso Arpeggio that I normally go for.

If I knew for sure that I could rely on delivery being on time and being only a few days after placing an order and having exactly what I wanted and had ordered in the order then I would, most assuredly, switch to Coffydoor.

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt at this stage and try again when I'm running low, but if they can't deliver what I want when I want it then it doesn't matter how good the coffee is.

Although the Coffydoor coffee is better than Nespresso it isn't so much better that it is worth the hassle if they can't deliver orders correctly and on time.

As they say, 'time will tell' with my next Coffydoor order. Either they get that correct or I'll stick with Nespresso.

I know this is a long review but it is an honest and accurate reflection of my experience, so I hope it helps.

You may feel that 4 starts is too harsh or too generous. 5 starts would be too high for me given the problems I've experienced and 3 stars seems a bit harsh since the coffee ended up being free because of the delays and because Jonathan took the trouble to call me and speak to me directly and explain the problems they had.

Update: I placed my order on the 9th of January…

Final update: the coffee arrived and the Swedish lady kept in touch. Today she rang to ask about how I liked it but although it’s ok, i won’t be reordering. It’s just not to my taste. She offered a full refund on their 60 day refund policy and all’s well that ends well. I was left with the feeling that the company is well motivated to provide good coffee and good service. If they had stronger coffee, i would have ordered again. The four stars are for customer service and sticking to their money back promise.
Further to below: after I placed this review, I had a call from a very lovely lady all the way from Sweden. She apologise for the delay and I heard today that my order was on its way. Great customer service so far. I have my fingers crossed that I will receive my package and then I can review the coffee.

I placed my order on the 9th of January and am yet to receive anything. I placed the order with the promise of delivery within, I believe, a few days. When it hadn’t arrived, but I had received a whole flood of marketing emails from them, I contacted them and they were Quick to come back to say they had delivery issues and we’re fixing it. Throughout the whole time between the 9th of January and now only one email from them came unsolicited to apologise for the delay in delivery. At the beginning of the week I was told that the order had been picked and I should receive it by the end of the week probably. I have not received my delivery. The response to my latest email tells me that I will get a tracking number as soon as it’s left the factory so, it may have been picked but it’s still not been sent.
I have written a review and deleted it several times because I want to be fair to this company. Had they been proactive in sending me regular emails to update about my coffee I probably wouldn’t have bothered. However, the reality is that in almost a month waiting for this coffee they have only contacted me once to say they were sorry the delivery had been delayed. That simply isn’t good enough, leaving it for the customer to keep chasing. I will update this should I ever receive my coffee so that I can actually review the coffee.

Bra kundservice

Svårt att få adapter till Vertuo att fungera till 100%. Då jag upplevde problem fick jag fin service och bra hjälp av företaget. Personlig återkoppling av ägaren och förklaring på vad som kan ha varit problemet, tacksamt.

Bättre sent än aldrig

Efter en dålig recension blev jag uppringd och fick kompensation för oacceptabelt lång leveranstid. Återstår att se om kaffet kan lyfta betyget ytterligare ett snäpp?

I want to share my experience with coffydoor.

Purchased my first order november 9th 2025.
I got the last from that order around 26 of December. In the meantime I had wrote a lot of mails no response. Then I wrote a trustpilot, then they responded..
Rebecca who sadly isn't employed there's anymore, did her best to undo the bad delivery. So many thx to her. A huge loss for coffydoor.
Then I thought there must have been some truth in their excuses, shift storage place another delivery central, black november. So I purchased another order cause it is good coffee ☕.
But I was wrong, ultimo January 2026, they pulled the money again before they sent the actual order.
Once again Rebecca helped me (on her last day) and got them to prioritize my order. A tracking came but... No delivery pickup. Almost seems like UPS only pick up once a month or so or when they reach a certain amount of orders.
I wrote another mail where I told them that they should get it sent. No response sadly. At first.
Suddenly the order for delivered 15 of January 2026. Where I picked it up.
Today on the 17 of January 2026 they responded.
In the mail it almost seems like they have nothing under control I got the tracking number again (but I had picked it up)
But still a response again with excuses hurraa.
If I where u who wants to get good coffee from coffydoor. I would ask myself. Do I want to wait up to 2 months before delivery, and do I want to wait oceans of time before they respond ur mail.

For me I'm done, just it good enough.
