A Perfect Cup Every Time

Absolutely loved the coffee! Rich flavor, perfectly balanced, and served fresh. You can really taste the quality in every sip. Definitely my new favorite spot!

Stock issues - resolved professionally

I experienced some delivery issues with my order due to stock shortages and a warehouse move, which caused delays and a bit of confusion.
That said, once I contacted them, they responded quickly and processed my refund promptly. Communication was polite and helpful throughout.
Although the experience was frustrating at first, it was resolved efficiently and professionally in the end.

Thanks for getting in touch with us so we could resolve this matter.
We apologize for the decaf being out of stock, we are awaiting a new limited supply as the response from our UK customers have been well beyond expectations.

Terribly sorry about that the warehouse was too quick in shipping out your order, BUT your order is in this case already refunded so this will just mean you can enjoy your coffee as a gift from us for this inconvenience.

We are a small company that has been growing fast and we expect to be fully back on track with same day handling and 72h delivery shortly.

Delayed order and Jonathan on to it immediately. Have changed my review and look forward to letting you all know how my Coffydoor coffee is! Order on 21 Jan and nothing…

So disappointed. Order on 21 Jan and nothing. Not received an email confirming it had been sent. Now emailed. Awaiting a response. £84.66 order. Why have offers if you cannot then meet the demand. All you then do is piss off your not already customer! Hoping this can be resolved quickly. I like to support new businesses

Make the switch!

Like many people, I first saw Coffydoor’s ads on Instagram - a lot of them! I was intrigued as they were making some pretty big promises. I’ve used Nespresso capsules for 15 years but switched to the Starbucks varieties a few years back as they were much better value from my local supermarket. But the flavour wasn’t great.
I placed an order with Coffydoor for Espresso and Lungo…and loved them! They have great flavour and deliver a fabulous sip in the cup. As I drink my coffee black with no sugar, the flavour and texture of the coffee is key.
Happy to say I’ve now taken three deliveries and the capsules taste as good as that first time.
Their customer service is pretty good too.

The delivery took a little longer than…

The delivery took a little longer than I expected, but Julia from support kept me updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. When the coffee finally arrived, it was worth the wait, all three flavors were honestly better than the coffee I’ve been drinking for the last 10 years :)

Had a delivery delay caused by issues beyond the company's control. All the chats and conversations since have been dealt with brilliantly. The coffee is great too!

Slow delivery and wrong coffee sent

Ordered 24 January, finally received 11 February, when I opened the box I found the 40 decaf capsules i had ordered had been swapped out for espresso and ristretto. I have only tried the Lungo so far and it was nothing special.
They didn't respond to my e-mail but were quick to text and call to get my review changed. They say they have refunded the decaf capsules and will send some when they get their warehouse issues sorted out. I will wait to see if that happens.

newly launched coffee has won me over

This newly launched coffee has won me over. I’ve used the “N” brand since they launched in the UK but had become dissatisfied with the variance in the quality and bitter roast. The capsules from Coffydoor are my new go-to and my review is only 4 star due to initial supply issues during first months. The customer service team are great and resolve challenges quickly and efficiently.

Absolutely great tasting coffee whether you want a small or big cup. I’m a happy user and will get my orders in every so many weeks! Straight to my door. My favorite depends on the time of day cause they are all great.

Väääääldigt sen leverans, tog ca 3 veckor. När jag sedan ber om kvitto har det tagit flera omgångar med mejl utan att de kunnat ge mig kvitto.

Hej Sofie, vad jag förstod det som så har detta ärende blivit hanterat och klart? jätteledsen för den längre leveranstiden än vanligt vi hade slut på kaffe ett tag pga högre än förväntad efterfrågan.

Stor varning för detta företag

Stor varning för detta företag . Först var ordern flera veckor sen utan notis. Sedan när jag körde adaptern på min vertuo så överhettades min maskin och gick sönder. Kaffet som jag hann dricka någon gång innan maskinen pajade smakade inte bra.
