Overselling, not delivering....

Waiting for a month to get a couple of coffee pods. Getting excuses.

Guys this is coffee service?!?! If you cannot deliver why are you advertizing and selling product you don't have?!?! Internet is full of your ads. We don't need coffee in 3 months, we need it "next day".

Totally disappointed.

I have always wanted my coffee the same…

I have always wanted my coffee the same way I’ve always had it, but after some persuasion from my wife, I ventured into trying coffee pods. Of what the market has to offer, Coffydoor is absolutely the best option. The coffee has a fantastic taste, which I now enjoy on a daily basis!

Great coffee and excellent service

’m really happy with Coffydoor. The coffee is high quality, smooth, and tastes great — definitely one of the best I’ve tried.

Delivery was fast and everything arrived as expected, which made the whole experience very easy.

What stood out the most was the customer service. I got help upgrading my subscription, and the support team was incredibly friendly and helpful. It made a big difference and felt very professional.

Overall, I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend Coffydoor.

Love that the capsules are usable…

Love that the capsules are usable across different coffee machines. The coffee produced from these pods is great. Overall good taste and practicality !

Would recommend!

Personally, Coffydoor has been a good experience for us. Working with Amanda has been an absolute treat. So accommodating and has helped the solution work for our needs 10/10 would recommend if you are in the market!

Great coffee. Have been buying Coffydoor pods for a while now and I can tell you that these have the best taste compared to all other brands on the market

Subscription, missing delivery and lack of trust...

I have a subscription, and for my February delivery the payment was executed 24th of February 2026, and today 16th of April 2026, I have still NOT received one gram of coffee...
I wrote to support 27th of March and got the reply that: “...We are expecting the coffee to be delivered to us during the next few days at latest and we apologize for the inconvenience this causes.” Following three weeks hast past without coffee or any other information from Coffydoor!!!

The coffee I received that last year was of good quality, but missing deliveries and communication removes all kind of trust ☹

10/10 Experience

I rarely write reviews but my experience with Coffydoor has been excellent! The customer service, shipping, and quality all top-notch. Most importantly, I have struggled to find coffee I look forward to making at home and can finally say I look forward to my morning coffee everyday!

I love the coffee! I like how the subscription is set up. You can choose whenever you want the delivery, which makes it really flexible.

Very poor customer service

The coffee is fine... But the customer service is absolutely rubbish... Today 15/4/26 I've sent three emails NO RESPONSE
Two messages on messenger NO RESPONCE
I then put a message on an FB advert about the lack of contact I then got a message from the founder Jonathan... Well, that could have been anyone, apologies for the poor customer service.
I then got a message on WhatsApp I then let them know the problem that was at 1139 I responded.
Guess what NO RESPONSE

Come on sort this out and this isn't the first time this has happened.

Message to Jonathan give me the opportunity to sort out your very poor customer service department.

Waiting on subscription delivery

Coffee okay but deliveries need sorting. Had problems with every order. Still waiting on a subscription order for which payment was taken on 29th March. Company contacted as going to send the wrong capsules. Advised that they would send out the right ones. Still not arrived 15th April. Since initial review I have heard back promptly and to be fair they have always maintained quick response to correspondence. They are going to prioritise the delayed delivery and I am happy to update when the order arrives. It seems looking at the bad reviews most are from the UK which is unfortunate. However I am happy to stick with Coffydoor for a little longer. Their coffee is good.
