Hello Emanuel, can you please reach out to us through socials or hello@coffydoor.com as I can seem to find no email from you what so ever? At the time of ordering delivery times were stated as longer hence the extra compensation we can see that you have used.
We are NOW back on track with quick deliveries and all EU/UK orders are going out tomorrow. Our normal delivery times are 3-4 days and same day handling :)
Update: Thank you for coming in contact with us so we could resolve this matter :)

Coffydoor Scam???
Placed an order on 31 March. Only AFTER accepting the order and taking the payment do you get advised that everything is out of stock. Nearly 3 weeks later still waiting to be advised that the order has been shipped. Yet, still receiving daily emails suggesting that I order more.
Beginning to think Coffydoor is nothing other than a scam.

I’m really happy with Coffydoor
I’m really happy with Coffydoor, I love all three types I have tried especially the ristretto. I’m looking forward to to trying the decaf now it is available. There were no problems with delivery and customer service was excellent when I had a problem with my subscription, efficient and very friendly. Thank you Vian and Amanda for your help.

Har i regler varit nöjd MEN
Har i regler varit nöjd. MEN vid 2 tillfällen har jag fått vänta på mitt kaffe, nu senast 3 veckor och utan kaffe lika länge. Pengarna drogs på autogirot den 26 mars och fortfarande inget kaffe. Skrev till företaget som beklagade men inget plåster på såren där inte. Valde att avsluta min prenumeration då kundtjänsten tydligen inte är just det, en kundTJÄNST.

Coffydoor a business with great integrity.
Many customers may have been waiting for fulfilment from Coffydoor as I have been for some weeks. Reading other reviews I am expecting to join their happy customers. I have emailed twice to find out why there has been such a long delay and having had direct and excellent communication from the founder can fully understand the delay caused by outside interference from authorities and partners who have failed them. I look forward to a good coffee when my order arrives and am extremely impressed by the time and care taken by this business to address my issue.
