Still waiting for delivery

Ordered coffee on subscription on April 18th. expecting it to be delivered, as indicated, in a few days. I am still waiting & keep on receiving generic “Sorry for delay” emails. If they were having supply problems, why heavily advertise the service?
I have now cancelled my subscription & requested a full refund.
I was really looking forward to trying out this company, shame.

Hello Colin, so sorry for the late delivery we had a small stockout with a delayed delivery of new coffee middle of April but the backlog is cleared now and everything shall have gone out!

I do not recommend anyone to deal with this company. Coffee is ok - about the standard and quality of L'Or but no better - but the service is appalling. I cannot understand anyone being happy with their delivery etc. They have clearly over-extended themselves in opening the UK market and now seem, in my opinion, intent on having customers' cash flow keep them alive. At todays date they have taken 2 x months subscription from my account and I still await both deliveries. They are full of platitudes and excuses but nothing works. Shipping details are hard to understand -I've been informed that the coffee is roasted in Italy, and can be packed in Germany or Sweden. They use delays in customs as an excuse for delayed delivery - but this happens over and over again. I am now seeking to get my money back.

Hello Paul! you should have received an email 2 days before your latest order with us about the upcoming order as a heads up to change or cancel it. We have refunded the order fully and we are happy to hell you we are back on track with our same day handling and fast deliveries with new fresh coffee this week

No delivery YET!

Ordered the “pod adopter “, constantly being told it will be dispatched soon ie this week.
Have my doubts about this business. I want delivery not excuses.
The team at Coffydoor have communicated about logistics problems. They have insured me that order is en route. Fair play for coming back. Will amend this later in the week.

Non existent delivery

That was my 3rd order from coffydoor, the first ones weren't fast but this is unacceptable. The order was confirmed on the 7th of March 2026. I contacted the support around 1 month later and they told me they are waiting the biggest batch of coffee from the rostery. I can accept that, the question is. Why do you confirm an orden if you don't have enough stock and why do you debit the money if you can't deliver?
Few days ago (it's almost 2 whole months) I contacted the support for a refund and they said to me the orders is already been packed but carrier is expiriensing hight demand. That means. That means the order is at the moment more than 5 days in house and the carrier can't pick it up? Sorry but if this is true, you should change a carrier...
Now about the coffee, the coffee is perfekt, only if you get it. Hope the future packages arrive on time

Update: Someone from the company got in contact with me and explained me the situation. Now that everything is resolved I change the review to 5 stars.

Ordered coffee 9th April and now it’s…

After a good wait my coffee finally arrived. Company contacted me apologised and explained the issues. They refunded 20% of the bill and checked in with to make sure the product was eventually arrived
A small start up that’s trying to grow sent me some lovely coffee and an adaptor for my machine that worked well.
Well done to everyone and let’s hope you can grow slowly and steadily so you can fulfil your orders

Ordered on April 13th - nothing 10 days later, very friendly customer service though

Ordered on April 13th, 10 days ago. Since then no change in my order status at all: "We're preparing these items for shipping."
Website states they send within 2 to 5 work days.
I got 3 marketing emails from them in the meantime.

After writing this review customer serive contacted me personally and explained the delay.

I'm willing to give it a chance, so starting with this bad initial expirience I'll go up to 3*.
With fast delivery now and great taste I'm more than willing to go up to 5; pricing is really fair if they ship for this price and it tastes anywhere near as they describe.
Or I'll down to 1 again, if there still isn't any progress.

Riktigt dålig hantering.

Riktigt dålig hantering.
Jag har fått flera löften via mejl om att min order ska skickas inom några dagar, plus prat om kompensation. Ändå har ingenting skickats, trots att det nu gått 11 dagar.

Pengarna drogs från mitt kort direkt, men någon vara verkar man inte ha samma brådska att leverera. Det är svårt att se detta som något annat än mycket dålig kundhantering.

Om ordern inte skickas eller återbetalas omgående blir nästa steg ARN.
