Craig was a diamond.
Craig came to our house to give a demonstration of our selected scooter, he was absolutely fantastic. He spoke knowledgeably and clearly all wrapped up in a very friendly manner.
He was so assuring we made the purchase and were very pleased we picked the right scooter and the right company to buy it from.

We visited Ableworld Newark on 3.3.23. We were served by Nick. We were looking for a walking aid for my husband. Nick could not have been more helpful and professional, he knew his stock well and was able to advise on our purchase. The item that we bought gave my husband the confidence to walk further than he has for nearly two years when Long Covid struck leaving him with little strength in his legs and falling. Nick was charming and friendly, we would recommend this store to anyone who needs this sort of help. As Nick said, making the decision to walk through the door is the hardest part of accepting you need help - many thanks Nick.

Great service - extremely helpful staff
Great advice from both Adam and John which resulted in ordering an Opera profiling bed for my 91yr old Dad.
John and Adam delivered the bed exactly when they said they would, built the bed and took away my Dad’s king size divan. Excellent service throughout.
This is my go to shop for items for my father.

Great Patience and a good experience
Adam demonstrated the mobility boot scooter with great skill, He supervised its assembly so kindly and waited for me to put it together. As I am 83 years old he showed great patience with my attempts.
