Great product! Son bought me 1 AND I bought the great grandson 1. There was a delivery problem NOT THEIR FAULT grandmother refused delivery. Contacted them they sent another same day this time my address so I can make sure he gets it. Great company!

i ordered the wrong cup for my hand . they took it back and gave me a refund. i ordered a different one and i can use it easily with my arthritis. i needed a handle. these guys were so understanding and great.

I’m a brand new customer and cannot locate a way to contact their customer service department. I tried asking a question on one of their FB platforms but my comment/question was removed and I was sent a link with email to contact. It proved to be incorrect however. So far I’ve gotten various links etc but none of them appear to work.

Coldest is my favorite place to get my drinking cups. They keep my drinks Cold or hot as advertised. The staff is so helpful and responsive to help me with my problem. I love the colors and get compliments on them.

You can send a code, but I’d rather you send it to someone who can actually use it, as I have zero income. Thank you for the offer. I really would be so happy if you can find in your heart to send a cup, you will be helping save a life 🫶

Do not buy from this company! The cup was a dud! The lid popped off and it spilled hot coffee everywhere, and when I asked for a refund they would not give me the full amount! I am out 10 dollers. What a scandal! Never again. Faulty product and terrible customer service!

The cups are wonderful and keep my ice water cold as it says. However when they didn't send the extra lids that come with it I did not have a good experience with the customer service department. I feel if I pay $65 for a cup with lids thats what I should get. Very disappointed and won't buy from them again. Sad what 1 customer service person can do to a whole company.

This is seriously the BEST birthday gift ever!! 🎂🖤🐈‍⬛ but I was a little disappointed when it arrived and I saw it had a small scratch on it, 😭🐈‍⬛ The little black kitty faces with those big gold eyes literally look like my sweet Binx girl, so obviously I was already in love, so I reached out to Coldest’s CS team and they were so sweet and friendly and very helpful! They offered me to return it /exchange it or give me a partial refund- I took the partial refund because even though it’s got that lil scratch I couldn’t be happier with it. It’s Beautiful, fun, incredibly well made, keeps my drinks COLD, and I basically get to carry around a little army of glowing Binx faces everywhere I go. 😂🐈‍⬛

I’ve really enjoyed using my Coldest cup — it kept my water icy cold, which is basically a survival requirement when you spend your day repeating “walking feet” and “gentle hands.” But after I dropped it one time (during the morning chaos of backpacks, breakfast bags, and someone urgently needing to tell me their cat sneezed), it dented and the insulation hasn’t been the same since.

Now my ice melts faster than a three‑year‑old’s resolve to “not touch anything” on the playground. It still works fine as a regular cup, but for teachers who live in a world where things get knocked over, bumped, dropped, or launched across the room for reasons unknown… the durability just isn’t quite there.

Great cold retention at first, but not the best match for classroom life.
