Our salt cellar stopped working as the screw no longer had a working thread. Once I contacted Phoebe at Cole & Mason she explained what information they needed. Once it was sent over, the part was quickly in the post and our salt cellar was back in action. Perfect!

Never really expected that the ‘lifetime guarantee’ on our worn out pepper grinder and salt mill, received as an engagement present 52 years ago, would be remembered or honoured. But an email enquiry, an immediate reply, a freepost label, and the swift return of the fully refurbished set (including peppercorns) was an unequalled experience. Thankyou to everyone at Cole & Mason. Truly incredible service.

My son was gifted the battery operated salt and pepper mill as house warming present but unfortunately the pepper mill grinder wasn't working. I contacted customer services and Phoebe was extremely helpful and without hesitation has arranged for a replacement USB charger set to be sent as the battery set has been discontinued now (which is a relief really as they take 12 aaa batteries between them!) Excellent customer service.

Absolutely amazing after sales service! The ceramic part of my salt mill had snapped after many years of use. I was astonished to find out online that it was covered by a lifetime guarantee, with no proof of purchase required. After sending some photos and measurements, the very lovely Phoebe advised that the model I had was no longer available, but sent a gift voucher to purchase a replacement. I'm very happy with this solution.

We had a very old Salt and Pepper Mill which my father in law bought in the 80's. It has been in use and passed down and holds some lovely family memories of eating around the table. Sadly, the salt grinding mechanism started to fail, understandably due to its age. I contacted Cole and Mason, explained the situation and they offered to return the product to see if they could fix it. I returned both and they kindly replaced the salt grinding part and also did the same in the pepper grinder. I had hoped they could send me replacements for us to try and repair, but they went above and beyond and I have just received the repaired items back. We are so looking forward to using them again and pass them onto the next generation for nostalgia purposes. Thank you so much Cole and Mason for such an amazing, thoughtful service

I had an issue with a salt mill and contacted Cole & Mason. The reply was speedy and helpful.
As it turned out, the mill was too old for a replacement grinder and I was given a voucher in order to buy a new mill. I have always loved their products and was extremely pleased to be able to get a replacement.

Quick and easy process to order and received quickly.

My new Cole &Mason salt mill had a corroded/faulty grinder and I rang for advice. They replied that the fault was mechanical and that I could have a replacement under the Lifetime guarantee. The replacement one arrived today and it looks fine. Everyone I spoke with were very helpful. The Customer Service has been excellent and my issue resolved promptly. Thank you

I had an issue with the grinder rusting on a salt mill I purchased and Cole and Mason sent me a voucher to spend at Cole and Mason as they no longer sold the set I bought. There were no issues whatsoever. Great customer service.

Amazing company with integrity. My pepper mill, that was the best I ever used, broke. I contacted the company because it had a lifetime warranty. On providing description and photos I was immediately given a voucher for replacement. I am thrilled, it is so rare for a successful business to act honourably like this.

Response to my enquiry was handled promptly and efficiently resulting in a voucher to cover the cost of replacing the broken mill set. Sadly because the amount was below the delivery threshold I still had to pay for the replacement to be delivered.

Salt grinder was leaking and it’s the second one!
After reviewing my claim, a full replacement was sent. Grinder mechanism has a lifetime guarantee
