The way your firm responded to my question was nothing short of amazing! My late wife and I bought a basic wooden salt and pepper set at least 20 years ago and for some reason, the salt grinder stopped working, I telephoned with the intention of obtaining a replacement internal fitting. To my complete surprise and astonishment I was advised that the set we had was no longer in production and so was offered £25.00 as a contribution towards a replacement.

Great customer service. We had an issue with a pepper mill set. We had the option of a voucher to purchase a new set. Not many companies offer that level of service.

The experience of actually purchasing items on line was absolutely fine, although I wanted a salt and pepper gift set, which unfortunately was unavailable. I decided to purchase the items separately. They were delivered within a few days, but it was the way they were packaged!!! The box was battered and torn (not their fault), but the two items were not in any kind of presentation box inside - they were in two separate clear plastic bags!! As I said, they were a gift, so I was a little disappointed!!

I've been using these mills for a couple of weeks now, the design and components are spot on metal grind for the pepper and ceramic for the salt. There are many cheaper versions available that don't last so I'm hoping the price paid for these turns out to be value for money. You can always expect to pay more for a Quality Item.

My Richmond salt grinder just stopped working. I contacted customer service and within 24 hours a replacement was being shipped to me under their lifetime guarantee. I couldn’t ask for better service.

I bought a salt and pepper pot some years ago and recently the pepper pot bar broke off. Cole and Mason have promptly and efficiently replaced without issue. Helpful and polite staff.

I had an issue with the Pepper grinder mechanism. Upon my dismantling it, I found a small part that had broken. I duly sent a few images of the faulty part to the company, and not only did that agree to replace it, it's also covered under a lifetime guarantee which I hadn't realised the grinder had.
