I had to contact Collect Same Day as our normal courier couldn't do the same day collection/ delivery within the time scale I needed.

Fantastic service. Professional start to finish from Ben taking and confirming order to Leon troubleshooting the issues. Calm, friendly, customer focused throughout. Wow what a service!
Needing a same day courier urgently I searched the internet and came across collect same day service, thank goodness! Totally in-experienced with this type of service I was not sure what to expect. Completing a form on line within 2 minutes I received a call from Craig who explained how the service worked and provided a quote which was also emailed to me. The courier arrived at the agreed time and was friendly, he advised I would receive an eta and which I could track the 190 mile journey, impressive. My delivery arrived on time, actually 5 minutes earlier and I cannot express how professional and friendly this service is, you saved the day, thank you!

I used Collect Same ay after…
I used Collect Same day after ParcelForce had failed to deliver an important object on time. Within an hour of the call the package had been picked up from the ParcelForce depot and an hour later it had been delivered.
Mya, Simon and Lewis all gave fantastic service and Aldof the driver was very patient too waiting for us to come and pick the package up from him

First time courier service user!
I have never used a courier service before but this was such a simple thing to do! My parcel was collected in under an hour and arrived in London (from Gloucestershire) in 2.5hrs, exactly as arranged - with full tracking during that time. I received a detailed Proof of Delivery email once it was delivered, and a phone call from Customer Services to check I was happy!!

Simple and east to fill out online quote form with clear visual options for vans which I found helpful. Customer service was great, they really took time to make sure everything was order and it was a very efficient service. Driver was friendly, helpful and the van was extremely clean. Considering we only confirmed the order at 1:25pm and the van had arrived by 3pm it was a really quick turnaround. Definitely would recommend, fantastic service!
