I needed an urgent delivery of car keys from 130miles away. I was able to book a pick and delivery with specific times. The keys were then picked up and delivered at the agreed times. Excellent service.

Quick reply to initial query. Needed Southampton to Halifax. You deal with people, not app or online only. They were understanding, patient and not pushy for the job. Booked at 15:00 on Friday, had a driver at my door 7am on the Monday. Brief issue with delivery postcode no fault of theirs but they contacted driver and resolved quickly. Clear proof of delivery arrives shortly after. Josh and team couldn't have done any more to ensure my house sale deeds met the completion date. Thank you very much.

I would highly recommend this courier service. The dispatchers were very polite, the price was great, the courier turned up very promptly, they delivered the item on time (170 miles away). This was all arranged at very short notice and the delivery was on the same day. The service couldn't have been better and they deserve their five star rating.

I initially contacted Collect Same Day Couriers through the online form after being let down by a well known parts distributor. I received a call back within 5 minutes, confirming the information submitted, a discounted rate was then offered which was great value. I received excellent communication throughout the whole process, especially from both Dale in the office, and also the driver, collecting the parcel. Chelsea, at Collect Same Day Couriers dealt with my urgent request very quickly. She kept me informed and up to date, and I felt very confident with the service she provided. Wonderful customer service and I would highly recommend this service, especially if you have an urgent courier need, with specific requirements. We needed a refrigerated courier, and this was sorted very quickly and delivered promptly.

We had a genuinely urgent situation where some important parts had to be delivered for a service job the following day.
By around 11am, booking with the larger courier companies we regularly use, such as DHL, TNT and FedEx, was no longer a realistic option. Driving there ourselves would also have meant losing a lot of valuable time on the road.
I started looking for a same-day courier service and found several possible options through Google, including Collect Same Day Couriers. I then worked through the list one by one to see who could realistically help at such short notice.
With some of the other companies, I was not fully comfortable with the communication, as their replies gave me a slight feeling that the process might not be as organised as we needed for an urgent delivery.
Collect Same Day Couriers stood out straight away. Their communication was clear, calm and professional, and it immediately felt like they understood the urgency and knew exactly how to handle it.
From the very first contact through to the delivery of our box of important parts, everything was handled perfectly. The collection and delivery were both completed exactly as needed, and the full process took just under two hours from collection to delivery.
I am absolutely satisfied with the service and genuinely feel that every penny spent was fully justified. I would definitely recommend Collect Same Day Couriers to others and will happily use them again when we need urgent courier support.

They were absolutely amazing in delivering our stand and merch to an event in London and returning it to our office in Altrincham after the event. The staff in the office were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best quote and that our items were safe - especially when we had a packaging issue with our stand!

Big shout out to Chelsea in the office and Faheem one of the drivers, who hand delivered the items when the event failed to collect them, despite us paying for this service. Absolute life saver and we couldn't have done it without you!

Very good experience with our order last week - customer service from Chelsea on the phone was so helpful and calm - explained the process and different offerings on the phone so I was able to book what I needed with fully explained and visible extras on top. We took a large number of items from London to Birmingham for a conference we were organising.

Very prompt pick up with flexibility offered on the pick up time until very close to the time of pick up ( and actually came a little earlier than expected) and courier was so helpful. Will definitely use again!

The Courier Leon came promptly to collect the two bags and took them to my daughters care home where staff were able to arrange a zoom call for me to see my daughter open her gifts and cakes when I could drive there myself. So thank you so much for your excellent service.

I needed to get a key from Wales to London. The customer service team were attentive, helpful and proactive in helping me to solve my problem and within half an hour, the courier was on their way. The key arrived early the same afternoon. I compared a lot of prices and this was the best service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We used use Collect Same Day Couriers Ltd for a delivery from Banstead to Timsbury. We were glad to say to Lee who contacted us from the said company that the diver was on time, polite and friendly.
