Collect Same Day Couriers Avis

Great customer service, very fast collection and delivery.

I’m very happy with the delivery process from initially arranging it, and timely careful collection and delivery.

Very fast and reliable service, extremely helpful and would happily use again and recommend.

What an excellent stress free service. I needed and item collecting and dropping off the same day and they absolutely “delivered”
Very speedy and the communication was great from the office. I will definitely use you guys again.

My son was moving into his new accommodation, and I had to look for a removal van for him. The company was great, I had a quote on how much it would cost and the price was great too. The young man that moved my son was also very helpful. My son and I was very happy with the move and will be using this company again to move things for us.

This was the first time I used a courier service as I needed to move some time sensitive legal documents. From the request for a quote to the actual delivery the Collect Same Day Courier Ltd team were professional, polite and helpful. The pick up and delivery were as specified and I was kept well informed by their courier James.

All in all this was an excellent experience and I would thoroughly recommend their services. Many thanks.

What a fantastic service by Collect Same Day Service. Had a package which had to be delivered by 8/1/26 and the pick up area was covered by snow. Customer Service agent was very efficient, got everything sorted really quickly and reassured me the weather would not be a problem. Courier picked up package on time and delivered as promised. Fantastic service above and beyond my expectations.

From the moment I made my initial enquiry, the communication and contact was excellent. Helpful staff, quick responses, great courier interaction who rang me on the day to say they'd arrived to make the collection. Communicated with me the entire time to when they finally arrived at my office with the package. Would definitely use again.

I came across Collect Same Day completely by accident a few years ago from a random Google search. At the time we were regularly let down by other couriers and were looking for a reliable source.

We certainly found it with Collect Same Day. Their communications are way ahead of the competition, as is their professionalism, reliability, flexibility and friendly approach.

They really stand out from the crowd and we're proud to work with them.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable courier service in the UK.

Collect Same Day Couriers was so easy to organise they had a van selection on thier site so I could pick exactly what I needed the team were super helpful and professional and it was a great price it was half what I was quoted somewhere else! I’d happily use them again 5 stars

very happy with the service.

Absolutely brilliant. A real life saver.

I am adding on to a previous review I just shared because I forgot write that I VERY HIGLY RECOMMEND Collect Same Day Couriers - they are professional, efficient, honest, reliable, efficient, fast same day delivery. I don't live in the UK and didn't know where to start with my son's move from Swansea to Lancing. I was there for a week just to ensure my son had a smooth move from Swansea to Lancing. Found Collect Same Day Couriers via Google and it was worth every pound.

Collect Same-Day couriers is such value for money, so efficient and professional - thank you, thank you, thank you. You deserve nothing less than 10 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but TrustPilot gives 5. I found the company on Google and initially I was a bit apprehensive but when I saw the reviews, I thought I had to give it a try. I was moving my son‘s goods from Swansea to Lancing on Friday 25 July so I really was desperate because it was quite last minute and I don’t live in the UK. Collect Same Day more than rose to the occasion. I received a quote from them within the hour. They had called me. I received a quote. I was immediately kept updated and on Friday they were on time. My son was not on time with his stuff and I apologize for that. My son’s suitcases were couriered from Swansea to Lancing. I got confirmation the same afternoon with the signature of who had signed for the stuff and follow up emails thereafter.

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Mr. Craig regarding a courier service, and I must say — his approach to customer service was absolutely outstanding. Despite working under pressure, he remained calm, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.

He assisted me quickly and efficiently, making what could have been a stressful task feel easy and manageable. Mr. Craig was not only professional but also genuinely kind and pleasant to talk to.

I highly recommend the service — and especially Mr. Craig — to anyone in need of reliable support. It’s rare to come across someone with such a positive attitude and commitment to helping clients. Thank you again for your help!

It’s not very often that I feel compelled to leave a review for exceptional service, but I feel today’s experience warrants one.

We needed to urgently get a part from Warrington to Scunthorpe.

Called these guys, part was collected and delivered just over 3 hours after making the initial enquiry.

Delivery prices were reasonable too.

I’d highly recommend these guys, and I expect I’ll be using them again in the future.

Many thanks to Max for making it happen

Excellent service from the 1st phone call to arrange the delivery.
I would highly recommend this company & would definitely use them again & again

Well done Collect Same Day Couriers :)

My son asked me to make cheesecakes for his wedding in London and after calling several companies Collect Same Day gave me a good price for delivery, I have to admit I was really nervous on the collection day but they arrived on time and delivered them 180 miles away in perfect condition. Really great service so would definitely recommend

I could not have had a better experience with this company & I would definitely use their service again in future & share the company’s details with other individuals looking for private, professional & efficient service. Every detail from start to finish was handled with the upmost of care & consideration for myself, the customer.
