Collect Same Day Couriers Avis 

I used Collect Same Day Couriers with no previous experience of them. From the moment Emmet answered the phone, I felt completely assured that the service would be good and it was. The quote was cheaper than all those I had called this morning. The driver arrived promptly and was friendly and cheerful - and arrived very quickly to Oxford from London.

Finding myself without passport and credit cards at Edinburgh Airport with 2 hours to the check-in deadline I phoned Collect same day. The driver went to my hotel 45 mins away kept me informed as he neared the airport. He even ran the last 300 metres from where he had parked to get me my id for check-in. I made it with mins to spare.

The collection, delivery, signing, witnessing and return all went well yesterday.
Darren Meikle was our courier and he was prompt, personable and polite and kept me informed of progress.

Fantastic experience - I enquired using the online form, when left in trouble after unable to get a collection from any of the big name couriers (Leicester to Kent). Within 30 seconds I had an call back with clear details on how it works and 3.5 hours later I had my parcel. Both the Lewis on the phone and the driver were lovely to deal with. 100% worth the expense when left in the lurch and put me at ease through the whole process!

Fabulous service. Called at 10.30am package was delivered 5 hours later, It was a long haul drive. Staff are brilliant and kept me posted on the transit. Would highly recommend.

The well-presented website showcases what they offer very well. The only thing that put me off immediately was the ominous Name, Email and Phone Number boxes and the insistence that you provide this just for a quote and the feeling that you're joining a marketing list... so I left the site.

Prompt and professional service at a reasonable price! After calling for an urgent courier to deliver a package from Manchester to Leeds at 4.30pm, the package was collected within the hour and delivered promptly and directly and safely to its destination. The call centre and driver were clear and professional.

I contacted Max at Collect Same Day Couriers initially on a Saturday as Fed-Ex had 'mis-sorted' a priority 24-hr delivery of a bike in a big bikebox and sent it to Howden instead of Wales (from Kent, so one hell of a mis-sort!). He gave me a call back and a quote within 20 mins and if it hadn't have been for Fed-Ex 'losing' the very big bike box, we would have used them. Fed-Ex promised it on Monday by 6pm but by 11am they reneged on this promise so I spoke to Lewis at Collect Same Day Couriers who worked some magic and was all set to go, collect and deliver to us. Unfortunately Fed-Ex had sent the bike even further away - to Newcastle so my daughter had to leave for holiday without her new downhill bike and has had to hire one instead. Huge shout out to Max and Lewis for customer service and sheer willingness to get this job done! Thanks so much.

I contacted Collect Same Day Couriers in the afternoon for a document that needed to be in London the same day. The gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful and explained the whole process thoroughly. The courier was with me within the hour and document was delivered and I received confirmation that evening. I will definitely use them again

Great service. I have used their service several times because I know they are reliable and efficient. The drivers are always well-mannered. I am always kept informed all the way, from start to finish.

From the moment I enquired about a same day service the team were extremely efficient and helpful. The service was exceptional
The request was placed at very short notice. I needed some flooring collected from Derbyshire and delivered to Swindon today.
Within an hour of the request the flooring was collected.
The driver who delivered it was very professional and kindly unloaded and even placed it in the house for me.
The cost was also very reasonable.
