Website advertises 7-15 day leadtime, order placed on 10th September, delivered 15th October! Communication also sadly lacking!

Joke..... advertise stock they don't have , no communication to tell you this so the 7 to 14 days delivery you can forget that so after waiting 28 days contacted them to be told they were waiting for delivery of the ordered item....I waited another 2 weeks to be told the same thing, so I asked for a refund...they told me I would have to request a refund via email. I sent an email the same day to be told it could take upto 5 working days to process the refund.........5 days later I got an email saying they could process the refund or the order was now ready and it could be delivered the following week. I opted for the deliver needing the panels rapid........on the delivery date, i get a call telling me that they had missed my delivery ery off the schedule and it would be another 2 weeks......OMG . The only good part of this transaction was the delivery guy who turned up when he said he would and was very helpful......avoid this company like the plague unless you want to be dissapointed.

Delivery was three months late, with no communication to explain the lateness and delivery did not include one of the items. Given the severity of this failure I will be expecting and seeking compensation.

I ordered a few trims and a metal sheet, but the trims were sent in the wrong colour. However, this was addressed without question and the items were replaced with the correct colour within one week.
The quality was good and I would use Colour Clad Profiles again.

Failed to deliver order after four weeks.No communication at all, you have to phone them to hear a variety of implausible excuses. Read Google reviews for a more accurate rating of their performance.

A sham of a company ordered panels 7th July was told 14 days after the 14th day had to ring and find out what was happening was told it would be the following week but again was let down told them to deliver when I get back from my holiday was again let down and told Some story that that there was manufacturing delays then told a week later that it was a customs issues finally then told get told that they would deliver the following week arrived on the day they told me only to have 5 damaged panels took photos and emailed them to them was then told they didn’t receive email which was total lies. After getting through to them they said they had them in stock and should ring back in morning done what was told only to be told it would be Another month before they could them to us absolutely shocking company DO NOT USE AS THEY ARE USELESS !

Order some roof panels on the 31 August, with a lead time of 2 weeks and stall no update of delivery as of 3 October.

Update 11.10.2025: The order has not been delivered as stated in the below response. They’ve sent an ‘update’ that it’ll be delivered in the 2nd week of November when original delivery was promised mid-September and then again beginning of October. Hopefully I’ll have a new roof by Christmas.

A beautiful product which has transformed my garage into an area I can use all year round. 40mm insulation and panels to let the light through.

Avoid avoid avoid!
I waited a month and a half for roof panels to be delivered, when the promised timeframe was 7-15 days. Customer service is absolutely terrible - they rarely reply to emails and never answer the phone. In the end, I only had a provisional delivery date that wasn't even confirmed, and the driver showed up in the morning despite my clear request for an afternoon slot.
I had sent detailed delivery instructions, but these were ignored and never passed on to the driver. The only positive was the driver himself - he was an absolute angel, so helpful on the day, and the company is lucky to have him.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience has been awful. It's very easy to place an order and spend thousands of pounds, but after that, everything becomes a problem. Because of the delays, I now have 6m-long panels sitting in my garden, taking up space, with no idea when the weather will be suitable again to get the roof replaced. If the company had delivered on time, everything would have gone smoothly, but instead, they've completely messed up our plans.
Horrible company - never again.

Complete waste of time! placed an order 10 July to replace my garage roof while we had the good weather. After 5 weeks of waiting for the delivery I got an update 6 August saying due to there supply chain they wouldn't have this in stock until 25th August. With a promise of the delivery being the 1st or 2nd week of september. As I hadn't heard from the a sent two emails asking for an update 8/09/25 and 16/09/25 got a reply Monday 22/09/25 saying that they would delivery on the 15/10/25 and if a could confirm this date they would proceed with final scheduling.
There was nothing on the website when purchasing this order saying that there was a Delay or supply issue with this product.
Clearly supply large orders and most likely contractor orders as a priority and hope everyone else just waits. Barely any apologie from this company for wasting my time with false delivery dates and always blamed there supplier. Ive now emailed for a full refund as there is no point waiting another 4 weeks with the potential same reply of our suppliers are having issues so its now another 4 week or for me to then have to store the roof sheeting for a period of time due to not being able to fit it because of the weather conditions.

Colourclad allowed me to build my garden studio cheaply because their custom flashings are cheap compared to their competitors. The sales department helped me with prices for my custom flashings, answering quickly, even though I kept changing my mind. Before I placed my order I talked to Peter in transportation to ensure the delivery date was within my time frame. On the day of delivery Mark the driver was patient while I check quantities and to see if there was anh damage. The product is excellent quality and well worth the wait.

Driver was pleasant and helpful, packing was perfect and the product was good, so all over very good thanks.

I placed an order on 28/07/2025 for ThermoBase™ 40mm PUR Insulated Roof Panel – 3-Rib Profile on the website it says 7-15 days delivery today it is 12/09/2025, just contacted the company and their reply is that probably it will be delivered in October!!! Take your conclusions!!!

Items delivered ahead of schedule, constant communication with delivery driver updating ETA, was able to organise someone to help as I wasn’t there to receive my items.
