Everything from start to finish went smoothly. We dealt with Mark Rantanen and couldn’t praise him highly enough. Everything arrived on time and was exactly as I ordered.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I genuinely do not have the words to express the level of dissatisfaction, frustration and disappointment with this "company".
It hooked me at first when reading online that this was a family business and in good faith I wanted to support the community and small businesses. I purchased some materials, including metal sheets, corner profiles and some bits and bobs. I saved some annual leave from work to do my project, waited for the 2 weeks of delivery (as per their advertisement on their website), hired some traders, and it was all ready. Passed the delivery date,I got in touch and they said the order had not even gone out to production, they were going to push for a quick turnaround and they were sending me the bits and bobs ahead in a separate delivery. To make the story short, bits and bobs arrived in a first order separately after a few days (all of these with emails back and forth), metal sheets in a second order separate another few days later, more emails in between, corner profiles another few days later on a third separate delivery. In the middle of all this I obviously mentioned the exorbitant delivery charge I paid for the service they advertised, which not sure how they do it with others, but sending 3 separate deliveries for a single order I made, was something shocking to experience. They advised they would refund approximately 45% of the delivery charge, that was 2 weeks ago and Im still waiting, not only for the refund but waiting for a response to my last few emails. They didnt let me only waste my time, as the annual leave taken was gone without nothing built, but also made me waste money and resources. I've learnt the lesson the hard way, so Im just simply passing on my bad experience so others dont make the same mistake. Please go somewhere else, do not fall in the trap.

Continuous push backs on promised delivery dates, customer service non existent and a different story every time when chased up. Had to cancel order and buy elsewhere, then deducted a 10% admin fee on a nearly £3k order, waited 10 days for credit as accounts only do credits on a Friday. Will not reply to emails. They maybe cheap but it will cost you more. Avoid.

The delivery when it arrived was really good and the driver very helpful. The time it took to deliver was quite long and it was only when chasing up the order that we were given a date to deliver. Delivery is quite expensive and i expected the goods to have been delivered sooner.

AVOID AVOID..Worst company I have ever dealt with.Take your money can't return phone calls changed them 10 times.. Had THREE delivery dates nobody turn up had NOTHING AT ALL TO DO WITH ACCESS (WHICH WAS DISCUSSED WITH THE COMPANY WELL BEFORE PUTTING ANY ORDER IN )THEY JUST NEVER TURNED UP OR PHONED TO SAY OTHERWISE JUST MAKING EXCUSES DUE TO FEEDBACK and still no roof sheets..took days off work to take delivery that i was told was definitely coming...Had my money 2k nearly FOUR weeks now can't be bothered to return phone calls and still no date..only after box profile roof sheets a stock item they say 7 to 15 days delivery well I am on 17 days now and won't be coming 4 days so be over 28 days still waiting...

Great product and relatively easy to work with. Looks great and pleased with the service.

The company is great very friendly and helpful, the only reason for losing a star is the led time on 30mm insulated tin, it took a lot longer than expected.
Delivery driver was fantastic.

Bought the ThermoBase what a quality product at the best price I could find online, looking at now doing an extension with it! Really happy and so is the hubby lol!!

Delays in delivery, poor communication, and damage to one panel when strapped down for transportation. All in all a poor performance.

Did quite a bit of research and best prices I could find and the quality it top notch. Bought 30mm panels for a conservatory and they’ve done the job well. Thanks will use again

Really good quality roofing sheets. I did several hours research on the Internet for these and they were the best I found by far and ultimately, justified when I received the sheets. The only reason I haven't given five stars is that it was a little difficult to get hold of the transport department, but other departments either picked up or I could get through to, so hence, otherwise excellent.

Great customer service, quick delivery and the product is outstanding. The finish is just what I wanted as it has a slight textured feel to it, it looks great on my gazebo. I will be buying more of this product for my next project.
