The product we bought needed to be returned. The return was accepted very quickly and the refund also was quick. Excellent service and I would recommend the company.

Web page easy to use. Product described okay. Price very reasonable. Delivered within days.

Wrong item sent, no reply to my message requesting this to be sorted.

the product works perfectly and my back pain has gone only minutes after using it. the package and delivery are exceptional

The massage cushion is excellent, with a heat setting, I took away the ache of a hard day on my feet, I would highly recommend this product to anyone, great design, easy to use on any part of the body

I have just recently purchased the Shiatsu massage pillow and it is fantastic. I cycle a lot and find that my hamstrings tighten up all the way into my back and this has really eased it out. I can easily pop it behind me when I'm working at my desk. I have yet to try the car plug-in but am hoping to try that when I'm a passenger on a long journey too.

As I have lower back issue this small but satisfactory massage pillow works wonder's

Bought Shiatsu Massage Pillow. This is easy to use and relieved the tension in my back and neck very quickly. Would definitely recommend

I love this its amazing and really helps my neck/shoulders.

Received on time. Good service all round.

I love massages but being honest I never wanted to buy something like this because I know it’s not the same. In fact, I was looking for other thing when this product appeared on my screen and literally I had goosebumps so I knew that I must have one. Plus, there was a review about their support team that sold me out the product.

It just arrived, I already tried it on my neck, upper & low back and feet. OH-MY-GOD, I do love it. I would like to have 5 more to give me a full body massage type. If you like rough but wonderful massage sensation, this one is four you. I believe that this will be helpful for some pains that suddenly comes when I walk a lot (and here in the UK you do walk a lot) or jog several days during the week plus those stress days that comes with life.

The product is like the description, it has a warm mode and two automatic shiatsu movements that change every quite few minutes for an amazing good sensation. If you wonder about the noise, trust me that it’s quite low and when you are using the product you definitely don’t care.

Hope this helps.

Great purchase. Borrowed my friends and instantly new I needed my own. Great value.

Prompt delivery and well packaged, fuss free website smooth transaction from start to finish

Great delivery but zip broke off first time I used the massage cover

My daughter bought me my shiatsu massage pillow for my birthday. It is one of the best presents I have received, it’s amazing & so relaxing. What’s great about it is that you can get a massage on any part of your body with or without heat.
Don’t think I need to go back to a massage parlour as I have my own massager which is so versatile, simply brilliant.

I'm extremely happy with my purchase, I'm a Carer and find that my back aches by the end of the week. I now use my Massage Pillow 2/3 times a week and it eases the tension in my back and shoulders dramatically.

Bought Shiatsu Massage Pillow. This is easy to use and relieved the tension in my back and neck very quickly. Would definitely recommend
