Product was very slow to ship
Product was very slow to ship. 2+ weeks. Comp-Tac used to be a lot faster to ship products. It wasn't like this back when they were based out of Texas before being bought by HSG.

Thank you for your review, HSG has been the parent Company for quite some time even when located in Houston, the cause for the delay is that we relocated our facility to Atlanta to better serve our customers. We do apologize for the delay in shipping, I do see that your order shipped in 12 business days from date of order, our standard lead times are 8-14 business days as we make almost every holster/product to order for our customers, right now most orders are running around 3-4 weeks due to the relocation. Wrong order after long delay.
Ordered a couple of replacement clips, shipping cost about the same as the product itself. Took over a month to arrive, and what arrived was not what I ordered. Sales team hasn't responded to my email trying to sort it out.

Decent belt
Comp-Tac recently had a sale on their shooting belts. I ordered two since the price was so low. The belts arrived fairly quickly. I noticed that the belts were pre curved. What I mean is that I can buy a belt that is perfectly straight, but starts to curve as I wear it over a long time. Conforming to me. I also noticed that the tongue of the belt was somewhat flexible, but the rest of the belt was rigid where the holster and other items sit. I’ve used one belt for every day wear and for a range session. The belt holds things in place well and looks decent.

Holster didn't fit the gun
Holster didn't fit the gun. Required heat gun. Also didn't fit the optic cut (Trjicon SRO) and required cutting.

Thank you for your feedback! When did you purchase your Staccato P? It is unconfirmed by Staccato, but we have a couple of different P's from different years and they all have different tolerances. I would guess yours is not in spec with the firearms we have in house. I do understand this is frustrating, but we can only design holsters around the firearms we have in house, and we do fit check each holster before it leaves the factory.

I’ve used a comp-tac holster for 15 years and finally upgraded to a the same version with a weapon light. My G23 barely prints. Great holster. Gives you great confidence.

Fast and simple
I like the Infidel Belt Clip due to its ability to secure my holster quickly and simple. All I have to do is tuck my holster and make sure it grabs my belt. I am slowly converting all my snap loop to this clip.
