Use a paralegal instead
Complete case? more like complete joke. The platinum service claims to take you all the way to filing. When you finally get to the end, you are given instructions on how to file, so platinum is a waste of $ they don't file for you. I'm still getting forms returned from the court as incomplete or accurate even though complete case said they were accurate. I ended up hiring a paralegal to actually get this done after almost a year. Complete waste of time and money

Hi Diane, We're sorry that you were unhappy with the service. To clarify, we did file the forms to open your case and collected signature on forms from your spouse as well as filed those forms that meet your state's service requirements.
If you have forms returned, we were unaware of this as we do not have any communication from you on regarding this issue. We're happy to address any issues that the court requests. Please reach out to us directly from your account so that this can be addressed.
I thought Complete Case was service not subscription
When I signed up for Complete Case, it was not explained to me that this was a subscription service that would charge me each month if I did not finish it. My divorce has been stalled by my spouse and I am being charged monthly now to "keep" my forms active and available. If you charge a set fee for your service, then it's not a subscription but a service, and you should have access to that service in the future if you wish, BUT NOT WITH a COMPLETE CASE. When you don't pay you don't get access to your divorce forms. WHY do you do this Complete Case? With technology, there is no reason not to allow people access to their accounts for extended periods. Shame on you Complete Case.
