I recently contacted the team to enquire about a survey and spoke with Emma, who was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout. As first-time buyers, we had several questions, all of which she answered clearly and thoroughly. She also followed up promptly with an email containing all the information we needed.

The whole process moved very quickly, with a date booked in almost immediately. Everything was completed within a couple of days, and we received the results the following morning.

I have used Complete Home Surveys twice. I have had a Level 3 and a Level 2 survey. Both were done in a timely manner upon instructing their services. Both reports came back extremely quickly too. Each time I have had further questions they were answered within a couple of hours requesting. Both surveyors were really through and helped me understand everything within the reports.

I would highly recommend their services from start to finish.

The admin and survey team were quick and responsive to questions so I always knew the status of the survey.
A comprehensive report was delivered the day after the 1st survey took place. Due to a part of the property unexpectedly being inaccessible the surveyor quickly returned to the complete the survey so I could have a full report.
No complaints at all with the team and I'd happily use their services again
