I am so impressed with the service and efficiency of Complete Instructions Surveyors. I am currently in the process of selling my flat and Emma called me to book in the valuation on Monday. The booking process was quick and easy and the surveyor (Keiron) was able to come out to me on Friday. Both Keiron and Emma were polite and really helpful. I have had my valuation report back this morning and am very happy with the service. I would highly recommend Complete Inspections, thank you!

Prompt answer on the phone and a courteous reply.This firm gave a very good reasonably priced survey which was succinct and informative. I have used another surveying firm who were terrible and more expensive,hard to get hold of,never got back to me and the survey was full of waffle and it was nearly twice the price.

Emma responded to our enquiry very quickly and got us booked in as soon as possible. We had a last minute hiccup getting access to the property which Emma rearranged for us without any issue. Liam thoroughly accessed the property and was on hand to answer any questions we had once receiving the results going above and beyond. Can't recommend CHS highly enough. Emma was very quick organizing our level 3 survey and communication was faultless the whole way. We chose this as it's an old house. The extra cost for the level 3 survey was super useful for us as it showed up problems with the roof we had missed and meant the seller ended up paying for it rather than us shelling out the cost when we moved in. Also very helpful in highlighting a few issues we need to be aware of in the future that we would have been completely naive to otherwise. Highly recommend.
