Had a Level 2 Homebuyers Survey completed on a property. Really competitive cost, carried out the survey to suit my timescale and got a very detailed report back within 2 days. We have had 2 surveys from Complete Home Surveys (the first sale fell through) and on both occasions we have been impressed by the efficiency of the system and the helpfulness of the staff when phoning. They were very flexible about dates (our vendors were quite difficult to tie down!). The reports were thorough and sent through very quickly after the survey. Overall we were very pleased with the service we received - and the price was very reasonable compared with many others we looked at.

This company have been great! Despite being cheaper than others we were quoted, I feel we got the best service! Emma was always on hand quickly and efficiently if we had any queries, the survey was booked in and despite them saying 3 working days to a week for the report, 2 working days later we receive a full, comprehensive report which allows us to work on and figure out the next steps in the purchase of a property. I was drawn to CHS for their competitive rates, but was sold by the ease and efficiency of dealing with them - particularly the admin team who kept in communication throughout the process right through to a follow e-mail to check whether I had any queries or concerns. I paid for a level 2 homebuyers survey and valuation after a representative kindly told me I had enquired about a level 3 which probably wasn't required for my purchase, which was re-assuring for me as a first time buyer. Crucially, the whole process was easier and quicker than anticipated: from the initial call, to the booking of site access for the survey, to the turnaround of the report, and a follow up email.
