They take care of you. A warranty company is no good if they don't stand behind the warranty. These guys do.

Very dependable no strings attached
This is a great company. They get the job done. I have been having a lot of issues in my house. They have fixed all problems no questions asked. I am very happy with this company. The best thing is that you don't have to pay out of pocket when they come and do the work.

Respond very promptly and covers most of the Repairs
Respond immediately and repairs within a week of time most of the repairs are 100% covered but only issue is plumbing is not covered it would be nice if they cover plumbing related problems also.

Home Maintenance & Repair
Prior to two years ago, I didn't really believe in home warranty companies. I maintain & repair my own stuff and enjoy the process. When I bought another home last year. having a company was a requirement. So I did my research, and based on reviews and no deductible, I choose Complete Appliance Protection. Used them 3x last year, and it worked out so well that I renewed this year, including washer/dryer and refrigerator. Good thing, because my dryer went out a month later, called them up and they sent a reputable company that I had used last year. Since I'm busy with a new job, it was nice to have it fixed for me and now it was done professionally. I recommend CAP.

Sneaky Appliance Protection
The service was great however you need to read the fine print. Complete will only pay a limited amount on any single item. So if your hot water heater goes out the most they will pay is $250. If your AC unit goes out, the most they will pay is $500 (or there about).

Thank you for the kind words about our service! It's true CP does not offer a full replacement program. If an item cannot be repaired, we offer flat payout amounts towards the replacement and installation of a new item. We certainly would not characterize this policy as sneaky, however. You can find details on this policy and precise dollar figures on the Frequently Asked Questions page of our website, as well as on all of our brochures, and in the Terms and Conditions (both of these documents can be found online as well and are provided in hard copy format upon enrollment). We certainly want consumers to be educated on exactly what they are entitled to under our plans when they enroll so they don't feel surprised to find that full replacement will not be provided. Alternatively, CP does pay 100% of repair costs with no deductible, which is truly unique in the home warranty market.

This company is great to work with.
The warranty is pricey but I like having peace of mind and they are great about approving repairs. I have also had appliances beyond repair and they send money to help pay for the new appliance as promised. I will continue to use them at my house.

Service Partners Not Efficient
The interactions with CAP were very smooth, but the repair partner that they are teamed up with in my area had to come back to my hour SIX times to fix my ice maker. Even now, it still makes a loud noice, but at this point I don't want to have to deal with another service call.
