Inability to make payment.
Spent too long filling in the car insurance application details only to discover that, having selected my preferred provider, I was directed to the payment section only to be presented with a screen which indicated that this was not a secure site and I was unable to proceed. This happened several times in the same evening. In consequence, both the insurance company and confused.com. lost my business.

Far too much bother trying to reclaim a £20 reward. I've wasted half an hour so far and still there is no end in sight to the whole process. I guess many people will simply give up.
Claiming a reward needs to be made much simpler - like one click after you've bough a policy - and without a 14 day delay.
