I just wanted to take the time to say how impressed I have been with the process of signing up and especially installation. Grant who did the install was an outstanding asset to Connect Fibre, literally arriving bang on 9am and installing the router in the office, which required a fair bit of internal cabling. Not only was he happy to do it, but his attention to detail was first class. The whole installation process was really good and it was clear that quality of service was key.
I would also like to thank Ged and Jordan who did the ground working install, who left the garden like I did not know that they had been there. They clearly undertook this task whilst I was not at home, however their work being completed clearly meant that the install happened literally as planned.
Very positive experience so far, with a fast and stable connection. Hopefully this positive experience continues and if I have any issues they are resolved with the personal and quality experience that I am coming to get the feeling Connect Fibre is all about.

Strong communication and support, including pre and post setup. Need to get a cable re-routed soon after installation and was supported by Matt who provided full end-to-end support throughout, triaging in a timely manner through to completion and kept me updated on the progress as well as accommodating my tight schedule.

Vid came to speak to us about what connect fibre could offer.. he was attentive, understanding and explained everything, he has kept in touch and supported us through the process. Owen came to do the installation and was absolutely excellent. He guided us through the process, took time to explain, helped to connect devices, worked in a clean and tidy way… he was just brilliant! Highly recommend the team.

Brilliant prices, installation was quick, they brought my connection date forward. Not had any issues with the broadband. Kids are very happy all on gaming pcs no connection losses or any "lagging" my life is perfect with happy children lol

Installation went as smooth as it possibly could have , I’m very happy , Grant the engineer was very polite , knowledgable and extremely helpful , I’m very happy with the speeds I’m now getting - gone from 70mbps to over 900mbps.
Would highly recommend this company if your looking to upgrade your broadband

The process is simple, easy for the customer, good communication from the wider team, admin and appointments.
Ged the installation technician, sorted outside after consulting with us about a good place to site the package. Seamless installation. No issues, we have greater, more reliable broadband, and have the speeds that are quoted. Thanks team connect fibre. Trev H Worksop area Nottinghamshire. Highly recommend them. Trev

The engineer, Grant, who came to install full fibre was excellent. The cable had to be connected to the roof and then brought down to enter our wall. Grant spent a long time hiding the cable so it could not be seen.
He always asked and involved us before proceeding and made a superb job. He then checked the speed and helped to reset all our devices. He was a pleasure to have in our home.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Easy enquiry especially helped by the late Mr Wood. He insisted on helping me snd put me in touch. What followed was simply the best service, install and set up ive ever had from any provider ive ever been with. No question was too much all answered with politeness making sure I understood everything at every stage. Even got me sorted and upgraded to the full fibre with 2000mb. No dips no drops no disconnection.

Lost internet connection on bank holiday but Connect Fibre technical team got an engineer out to me within 24 hours at a time to suit me. The engineer, Steve, was fantastic too. Very professional and friendly...spotted the issue straight away and problem solved within 20 minutes! Thanks to the back room staff too, Sophie, who was on the case and kept me up to date throughout. A first class service!

Since we've been with Connect Fibre we've had a great experience with them. The customer support is always top notch (thank you Faye) if you have any queries or issues. The internet is super fast which is what you need nowadays with all the devices we now need.
