The Contacts came here fast. The order was correct, and the price was great.

Ordered contacts for my son, but his prescription was expired. Contacts Direct made it super easy for him to get that updated. Then the order was put on hold, and I had to call customer service. One of the best customer service experiences in recent memory. After having to simply choose my preferred language and problem category, I was immediately connected to a real human, and within less than 15 minutes (no waiting for 58 minutes on hold or anything), she had identified the problem (their system was showing my name as the patient but the prescription was in my son's name), canceled the original order, corrected the problem, resubmitted the order, reapplied the coupon I'd used in my initial order, and re-entered the payment details, and our order was on its way. They kept us informed via email, so there was no waiting and wondering why we weren't receiving our order, and then they quickly resolved each issue in a professional and courteous manner. No having to shout "operator" at the automated machine to speak to a real person, either. Real people offering real help and real-time solutions.

Been dealing with Contacts Direct for years. The company has the most competent employees. The employees are total competent.

Price first. I have only so much benefit with my Medicare Advantage plan. You had what I needed, both quality brands. You're local, sort of, being in Ohio. The ordering was easy once I chatted with customer service, though it was a little slow. Locating and perusing your site was fairly easy; the subsequent delivery
was quick.

I like that contacts came in really fast but also, they were able to connect my insurance EyeMed. I got the discount and I was able to use a coupon on top of that. It made them definitely affordable.

I cannot believe how great my experience was! Ordering was EASY, pricing was COMPETITIVE, and my new contacts delivered FAST! 10 out of 10! Not sure I'd be able to order anywhere else now!

I placed an order with Contacts Direct on July 6 using my $120 Superior Vision contact lens benefit. Contacts Direct later canceled my order, but my vision benefit was still marked as used. As a result, I have been unable to use the $120 benefit elsewhere.

I contacted Contacts Direct to resolve the issue, but I did not receive a satisfactory explanation or solution. This has been a very frustrating experience. If an order is canceled by the company, the associated vision benefit should be promptly restored so customers are not penalized. I hope Contacts Direct will correct this issue and improve its customer service for others.

YOU SENT OUT THE SAME PRODUCT!!! WHICH WAS INCORRECT!! YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO FIX THE ERROR, NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE AGAIN!!!

Easy process to load prescription and place order. The link to my Humana ins account helped to avoid additional work on my part to use the insurance benefit. Contacts shipped and were received in less than a week.

My daughter loves them. We tried the energy one this time around and she said they are much more comfortable. Thank You!

Unable to reach customer service. Had a problem with shipping my order, so I called them, but the phone system just tells you to use live chat instead. Chat told me I'd be connected with an agent in a few minutes, but after more than 10 minutes I gave up. Finally tried sending them an email but it shouldn't be this hard just to reach someone to help me with a simple incorrect zip code.

Very reasonably priced contacts, no BS add on fees like some of the other companies. I will order from this company going forward. 😊
