Paid $30.00 for 2 day shipping got there in 4 business days. I don't mind paying but that was a waste of my money..

Thank you for your feedback. We understand you wanted your order quickly. After reviewing your order details, the issue was we needed to verify your prescription with your doctor’s office. Per federal law, we must verify all orders with a prescription before the order can be shipped. The order was placed on Sunday. We reached out to your doctor’s office on Monday morning. They did not respond on Monday. The order shipped out on Tuesday with UPS 2nd day air and was delivered on Thursday. We recommend uploading a copy of a valid prescription when placing an order to get the order shipped out as quickly as possible. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we can help you again in the future.

Mark in customer service called and took care of everything. He sent me a label for my return and refunded me in full.

I saw that they had Davis Insurance on their list. According to Davis they are out of network and I only get $50 of my $180 benefit. I’ve called a couple times to see if I could return. They charge a 25% restocking fee. That’s $63!!!! So I called about the insurance so I can at least recoup the $50. Keep getting told “that department will email you” I have yet to hear from them. Package is still sitting and I’m not using the contacts.
Found them on Facebook and will repost this information there. Check every detail before you buy!

My recent order was flagged and…

My recent order was flagged and cancelled.
I initially placed a small order for one box (left eye) to make sure the product and service were legitimate. After receiving it, I placed a second order for one box for the other eye.
I received an email stating my account “has been flagged as having multiple products or orders placed in succession for promotional priced products” (how would I know this?) and that my “recent orders have been cancelled.”
Very, very poor customer service. There are many online contact lens providers, so I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Delivery box crushed and most contact packed were damaged

It was not exactly your fault but the box my contacts came in was crushed. Many of the internal packs of contacts bursted and the packages were stuck together. Very disappointed I contacted your company by email with pictures. Very disappointed. I cannot believe the postal service saw such damage to the outer container and continue to ship it to me. Web eye care did a great job responding to my situation. Sent a label to return the ruined ones and sent me new ones.

Thanks Mark!

After posting a review regarding incorrect contacts received and unhelpful response from initial person I contacted, I corresponded with Mark. He apologized profusely for the error and the way that my case was handled. I was refunded for the incorrect contacts as soon as they received them and received a box of the correct ones at no charge. I really appreciate his handling. Although the free box wasn’t necessary, it showed me that they truly did care about the service I was given.
