10/10 recommend. Ive ordered contacts a few times. The most recent I selected the wrong product and the support team was exceptional in reaching out to me, responding, and assisting with getting it all correct! Will forever use this company!

After posting a review regarding incorrect contacts received and unhelpful response from initial person I contacted, I corresponded with Mark. He apologized profusely for the error and the way that my case was handled. I was refunded for the incorrect contacts as soon as they received them and received a box of the correct ones at no charge. I really appreciate his handling. Although the free box wasn’t necessary, it showed me that they truly did care about the service I was given.

Disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience ordering contact lenses from this company.

I initially chose them because their prices appeared to be the most affordable, but after unexpected additional charges, that was no longer the case. I provided my prescription, only to be told it had expired. I was then advised to complete an online eye test, which I paid for.

After following up on my order, I was told again that I needed to take the online test but this time the contact lense online test, resulting in a second charge of $16.49. To make matters worse, I was later informed that my original prescription did not specify contact lenses, meaning my order could not be processed at all.

After waiting an entire month with no resolution, I ultimately had to cancel my order. The whole process was frustrating, time-consuming, and poorly communicated.

We’re sorry for the mix-up with your order and understand how frustrating that can be. This isn’t the experience we aim to provide. When speaking with your doctor they stated the contact lens prescription had expired and we provided the online exam as this would be the fastest way to get the order shipped out to you but it is not mandatory. The incorrect exam was taken for glasses but this cannot be used for a contact lens order. Please contact us and a manager will be happy to assist you.

Ordering contacts was relatively easy and they were delivered quickly. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is that now that I ordered a years supply, they are offering me a discount through the rewards program, which is pretty much worthless since I just paid about $1000 for the year already and don't need more. They should have just offered a coupon up front.

Your order was shipped out the day after you placed the order. We emailed you the tracking information. According to USPS the package was delivered on 3/14/2026. A replacement shipment is being sent out to you.

It’s rare, but sometimes there is a human error with packing a shipment. Getting the correct prescription is incredibly important, and we take this seriously. The correct product was shipped out with overnight delivery. You should receive the new shipment today. More affordable contact lenses

I was searching for a cheaper option for contact lenses than what I had, I googled and found WebEyeCare. The price was half the price I am accustomed to paying. Furthermore, it was shipped to me quickly. This is my new and cheaper option now.
