The flowers I ordered did not match the arrangement I already had bought from the company despite having the same description - so I had to return them

I had the arrangement in white, and loved it. Then I saw the same one in the autumn colors and had to get this one as well. This one is so rich and warm and gives my room so much personality. I love all the arrangements. They never disappoint.

Item arrived damaged. No response from Contempee to emails.

Terrible. Do not use this company.

Failure to deliver an item and then accusations made that I had the item. This is despite the company evidencing its delivery with delivery photos with not enough items shown. And, tracking information from Evri stating that the product was still at the hub.

Contempee failed to then resend item, for over a week and then implied that I should be grateful for them to send me an item that I paid for.

The Birds of Paradise tree (that did arrive) is alright. The ‘corresponding’ vase was a joke. The vase is so deep that the tree is lost in the vase and so loses 1/3 of its height to pot. I ended up filling the vase with plastic packaging and shopping bags and then placing the tree on top… I guess that’s why the sell the moss - to hide the crap you have to fill the pot with.

Stay away. Don’t believe the hype of their Instagram posts.

I cannot comment on the bouquet… as mine still isn’t here. Got an empty massive pot awaiting them. I am now under not disillusion that the post is too big for the bouquet, which I read in another review (but stupidly didn’t believe).

I’m so so disappointed.

I noted my tracking wasn’t updating after a few days, so contacted Contempee who were excellent at responding and arranged another delivery the next day. The order arrived today as expected and even more beautiful in real life. I’ll definitely be ordering more. A fantastic company with fantastic products.

I'm thrilled with my vase and flowers. They are beautiful and so life like. Excellent quality and I will definitely buy again and recommend them. They were well packaged and arrived on time.

The vase is extremely lightweight but it looks good.
The flowers are definitely overpriced; there weren't enough to fill the vase so I ended up buying more locally, which were a fraction of the price and the same quality.
You need to be clear about informing potential customers of the amount of flowers required to properly fill the vases.
Simply wrapping them up and putting a pretty ribbon on them doesn't cut it with me; I feel duped by the cost and won't give a positive recommendation.

Ordering from Contempee was incredibly easy and straightforward. The fulfillment process was fast, and the delivery arrived right on time. Everything we ordered arrived exactly as described and in perfect condition. I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Fantastic: realistic flowers and excellent customer service. I ordered a bunch of hydrangeas and one was damaged on arrival. Contempee were fantastic: arranged an immediate replacement with super fast delivery. Excellent and highly recommended for both product and customer service.

Delivery was quick. Well packaged and everything in perfect condition. I added 3 more day’s hydrangeas to make it look fuller. The pot is much lighter in weight than expected but still sturdy enough. It looks gorgeous and I love it. I will buy again.

I reserved on a pre-order for August and the Ruscus Tree and large pot arrived as promised.

I purchased the pink fuchsia hanging basket together with the matching stone-effect hanging basket. It looked lovely when it arrived, but shortly after I hung it up, the flower heads began falling off. Approximately twenty have now come away.

The basket is hanging well out of reach of the children and the dog, and we have not had unusually windy weather. Although the dog chewed some of the flowers after they had fallen into the garden, I found several before the dog reached them. Their fittings were already broken, so they could not simply be pushed back onto the stems and had to be thrown away.

The basket is now noticeably bare in places, and I have had to turn it around to conceal the worst section. Considering the price and the additional wait while part of my order was out of stock, I am disappointed with its quality and durability. It was a beautiful-looking product on arrival, which is why I have given three stars, but I did expect it to remain intact.
