Contempee Avis 

I purchased the pink fuchsia hanging basket together with the matching stone-effect hanging basket. It looked lovely when it arrived, but shortly after I hung it up, the flower heads began falling off. Approximately twenty have now come away.

The basket is hanging well out of reach of the children and the dog, and we have not had unusually windy weather. Although the dog chewed some of the flowers after they had fallen into the garden, I found several before the dog reached them. Their fittings were already broken, so they could not simply be pushed back onto the stems and had to be thrown away.

The basket is now noticeably bare in places, and I have had to turn it around to conceal the worst section. Considering the price and the additional wait while part of my order was out of stock, I am disappointed with its quality and durability. It was a beautiful-looking product on arrival, which is why I have given three stars, but I did expect it to remain intact.

So disappointed with the quality of the items I ordered. I spent close to £100 on a vase and arrangement and when I opened the box I was very surprised to find a plastic look/feel vase and some cheap looking stems. I honestly could have bought better for much less from any budget home retailer. I was extremely disappointed with the fact I had waited to treat myself to something to add to a new kitchen and I received absolute rubbish. The only reason I’m giving the company 3* and not 1* is they were quick to reply to my complaint and offered me a full refund upon return of the goods. If you’re looking for something expensive looking or decent quality your money would be best spent elsewhere.

I was disappointed. Less lush than the advert. Less dangling strands. Haven’t opened the other (same one). I was going to order the cream bowls but I won’t bother in the circumstances.

Great service and excellent quality. The pot I ordered was the perfect size for my olive tree, and the opening was wide enough to place it straight in. Using a little card, I created a false lid, then finished it with the beautiful moss I also purchased. The end result has completely transformed the tree.

This is my second pot from Contempee, and both have been excellent. Over time, I've ordered flowers, trees and pots, and the quality, value for money and customer service have always been outstanding.

A quick delivery, and beautiful flowers

I love the tree. As always with Contempee, it’s great quality. It’s the first time I’ve bought a tree, only flowers before but it looks incredible. I ordered the tall iron pot in stone too and added the moss, it really finishes it off. It’s filled an empty corner of my living room perfectly. Really happy.

Not worth a penny. So expensive for what you get and the quality is so poor. Flowers looks so artificial. I won’t order again!

I have used this company before and the product was excellent but this time I have had a terrible experience. Twice they say a tree costing over £100 has been sent to me and twice it has failed to arrive. I still don’t have the product !!!

2 months since I made my order , over 2 weeks since i requested my order to be cancelled as they couldn’t fulfil the order and still NO refund despite being told 5-10 days. I’m now on day 14 and no refund. Avoid this company.

I have bought 3 different flower arrangements from Contempee and they are all beautiful. They lift the ambience in our home and look beautiful. They are realistic and full
in appearance. Delivery was great and all the arrangements were beautifully packaged, they would make an amazing everlasting gift.

As always my fall bouquet was absolutely beautiful just like the other arrangements I have ordered from Contempee and the delivery is always so quick! This was my third arrangement I have ordered. Never disappointed. The quality is exceptional!

Items arrived in 2 separate deliveries. Vase is beautiful - I think the flowers could have been better packaged & a leaflet explaining how to arrange them would have been useful. Nevertheless, the arrangement looks stunning on my dining table & is a focal point in the room. I’ve sprayed the flowers with my favourite room spray, gives off a nice scent
