Contempee Avis 

I have honestly never experienced such an unnecessarily frustrating customer service process.

I ordered faux flowers which arrived damaged, so I contacted Contempee and was eventually provided with a prepaid returns label. I returned the items on 3 August and tracking confirmed they were delivered on 4 August. They told me to pay for the returns and when I did, they would refund me the cost. (I had to chase this from them)

Despite this, when I contacted them nearly two weeks later to ask what was happening with my exchange, I was told they had not received the return. I then had to provide them with the tracking information for a returns label (they themselves had provided), and prove that the parcel had already been delivered nearly 2 weeks ago.

After further back and forth, they eventually offered me a full refund, including the store credit attached to the order, which I accepted. They then only partially processed the refund, leaving £38.24 outstanding. I contacted them again to point this out, only to be asked for my order number again, despite the entire email conversation being directly about the same order, its a joke guys.

The most frustrating part is that none of these issues are complicated. It feels like every step requires me to chase them, remind them of what has already been agreed, or provide information they should already have access to. I shouldn't have to repeatedly explain the same situation to get a simple return and refund processed correctly.

The customer service and organisation have been extremely disappointing. After this experience, I have absolutely no desire to purchase from Contempee. It's a shame i cant attach photos of my order, as twice, items have been damaged or defected on arrival.

Easy to order , waited a while for my order to arrive but compliment the hanging baskets

So impressed with this company. It was my first order, they were super efficient in responding to my query (over a weekend) and delivery was extremely quick especially as it was a weekend order it still got shipped on a Sunday, then arrived next day. I love the item it’s beautiful and I can’t wait to order from here again. I ordered the faux Ruscus tree and it’s exactly as it appears online it’s perfect. Amazing customer service, amazing delivery and amazing product. 5*

Missed out when first came out and added name to waitlist. So glad I did and absolutely worth the wait. Arrived perfectly packed with picture diagrams to assemble. This helped as no numbers on pieces as stated. Took a bit longer to assemble but the quality is fabulous.

I complained about the ‘black’ iron baskets and got no reply.
The white ones’s were good.

Absolutely beautiful! I have a eucalyptus tree and a beautiful pink flower arrangement and vase. The quality of the flowers are stunning. I think im hooked. The delivery was super speedy, I think about 2 days, maybe even next day!! You won't be dissapointed.

Absolutely Iove the hanging basket,easy to put together. My husband was away when it arrived, when he came back he admired it and thought it was real.Great customer service.

Ordered the hanging basket with black pot. Had to wait as it had sold out but it was so worth the wait. It is gorgeous. It is so lifelike. Love love love it.

I have ordered from Contempee a few times. This time my product arrived damaged. However I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently the company dealt with the issue. I emailed them and within two hours a replacement had been ordered for me.
Excellent customer service from start to finish, with a quick and hassle free response. I'm very happy with the service I received and it gives me full confidence to buy from them again. I have now received my replacement flowers and love them. I would definitely recommend this company.

Purchased 2 faux olive trees at£89 each however one of the trees leaves have gone a washed out really false looking colour , only the one and also both trees are in identical positions , reached out to contempee who concluded with no hesitation environmental factors can cause this to happen ! £89 for a tree that now looks like a £10 tree and looks terrible is just not on ! if I paid £10 for the tree I would expect better . A warning to others not only are contempee products overpriced but there of low quality and there customer service is shocking .

Unfortunately, my bouquet arrived squashed. The team were great to deal with, and very quickly resolved the problem to my delight. The vase & arrangement look fantastic.

Delivered as promised and packaged really well. I’m absolutely delighted with my hanging baskets—they’re beautiful and excellent quality! I’m already tempted to purchase the white ones for the winter months too. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend!

Quick delivery very well packaged and lovely permanent flowers
