Okay but of course not as real like as photos
Photos do not do look quite like the product. Little disappointing in quality and not quite as abundant in volume as photos.
However do look quite nice when hung up. A bit to plastic to touch not quite as real like however from a distance they look ok

Poor quality
Poor quality, nothing like the videos.
I recently purchased the hydrangea bouquet as a thank you gift. It arrived in quite a small box. There were a lot of loose petals in the box! Not a great start.
Gave the Contempee wrapped “bouquet”.
On opening yet more petals fell off and the hydrangea heads were really crushed. Looked dreadful and nothing like the video. Poor quality. Very embarrassing.
I did contact Contempee but could not provide photos so they were not prepared to accept the goods were faulty and only offered a small partial refund which I did not accept as the flowers were faulty.
Surprisingly they also sent me a link to review my purchase on Trust Pilot which would enter me into a prize draw.
I had thought maybe I was unlucky and it was a one off but having now read numerous reviews I know it wasn’t.
I would recommend you save your money, there are better quality, not squashed and crushed faux flowers on the high street.
Do not recommend this company at all.

Initial Problems Eventually Resolved
Wanted to update my initial review to reflect the final position at the conclusion of my order. Whilst the lack of transparency on the website product page and purchase verification was a problem, the customer service team addressed this directly after numerous back and forth correspondence. Today the last of the items arrived and I must say, the quality looks to be very good. Would love to have rated higher and would have gladly done so had I not encountered the order/shipping problems that I did at the start. Perhaps down the line I would order from the company again and hope I was in the same category as most of the people who have taken the time to leave fully positive reviews.

Thanks for the feedback, and we're sorry about the experience you've had. It's not what we want for anyone buying from us, and I've written to you directly to sort it out.
You're right about the main thing. The baskets were on pre-order and we didn't show that on the product page or your order confirmation. You should have seen it before you paid, not after. We're getting that fixed. And you shouldn't have had to spend a day going back and forth with us for a straight answer either.
Two things worth clarifying. We did email you on 21 July, to the address on your order, to say the item was awaiting stock and would ship on 3 August. It shipped on 3 August. That email still came after you'd ordered though, which is the real problem. Your order also went out as two parcels, not three. These are bulky items, so one basket went on its own and two went together. The first arrived on 4 August. Evri have flagged a delay on the second. It's with them and moving rather than lost, and we're keeping an eye on it.
We have reach out to you privately about this matter as well.

The products are elegant and good value for money and I have various arrangements throughout my house.
Recently an integral glass holder of one of my vases smashed and the customer service team were amazing to replace the item free of charge.

Loved for my client!

The flowers I ended up keeping are really beautiful, but the customer service was even better. it ottk me a few tries to get the exact look I wanted, and Contempee made the return/exchange process very simple, quick, and painless. Thanks for a great experience!
