Lovely staff and easy system to use
Very easy system to use and to book an appointment. The staff on the telephone consultation were lovely and made the process feel seamless. Very quick dispatch and delivery also.

Great customer service brilliant
Great customer service, pharmacist was really helpful and explained everything. It was easy to book an appointment and the medication came quicker than I expected.

Amazing service and it's so much easier…
Amazing service and it's so much easier thank booking a GP appointment. I suffer with social anxiety so a phone call is much more comfortable than a face to face appointment

Good service, happy with it
Very punctual with calling at the specified time. Very professional on the phone. Easy to get a prescription for months. Very happy with it because i found it difficult otherwise to get a prescription.

Quick, easy and convenient
It was quick, easy and convenient. I could fit the phone call around my work hours so I didn't need to take any time off like I would need to if I was getting contraception from my GP.

Phone call came as planned
Phone call came as planned, conversation timely and did not take too much of my working day. Dispatch was efficient also. Royal Mail sent it to the wrong sorting office but that was not contraception directs fault.
