I ordered 2 pearl art kits for my great granddaughters. The pictures are not of the products you get (what you receive is much smaller in size). The advertisement says MADE IN U.S.A....but it shipped from Wuhan, China. I complained about the difference in what I received. I requested a full refund and that they provide return label. The company monkeyed around...finally received an offer of a partial refund, but that I would have to pay a re-stocking fee and pay for the return myself. I finally agreed to a partial refund, but I am not happy. Save your money. Order from a company you know for sure makes products in the USA. Also, if you do not receive what was pictured, fight for a refund.

Poor quality. product billed as a practice copy book to build manuscript writing skills. However, it defies every standard regarding motor skills development in young children starting at 3 years of age. #1 the books are tiny smaller than 5x7. Lines for writing, letters to be traced—tiny, graphics tiny and some details microscopic. The writing utensils are inadequate as well. Extremely poor quality. SCAM. I had no idea that it was a product from a Chinese vendor!!!

Unless you have at least a month before you need something, do not order from this company. Items came from China; were held up at JFK for 14 days. Tracking is horrible and I literally had to threaten them that I was going to have my credit card company go after getting refund (which I was going to do) before I received some sort of tracking that made some sense. It looks like my package may have finally ordered today so now to see what condition the items are and if they are any good. I do not trust this company.
