Cool Crutches are extremely comfortable,and at 5ft they fit me very well. It has taken some time to get going with them, and I really wish I had ordered them sooner, if you need crutches for some time it is worth getting others of different designs to go with outfits

I love the walking sticks so much I’ve bought 3 in a month, so glad I discovered them.
So much more comfy and better made than my old ones.
Service is really good and they will also take your old ones, recondition them and give to charity.
I plan to buy more when I can afford them.

I own 2 crutches from Cool Crutches (including wedding ones!) and really love them. I get so many comments from people around me ("this is what crutches should look like! Such a cool accessory"). I also love and fully support the company, what they stand for and -most importantly- the fact it has been built by and for someone with a disability herself (and her mom). Meaning: she/they know(s) what they're talking about!

Ordered a set of crutches following a search for lightweight aids that looked great! Unfortunately very disappointed. Used yesterday for first time and qualify doesn’t reflect the price even with sale discount! I have also been left with a bruised forearm as the cuff folds back and has caused my forearm to get trapped! Very disappointed!

I've got a range of sticks from cool crutches, using them for a number of years, and can't recommend them enough. They are super supportive, comfortable and high quality, as well as having the ability to choose your own design which is great. They've enabled me to gain confidence and also enjoy using mobility aids without any discomfort, always receiving compliments from others about how nice they look. They have also built such a positive community raising awareness and support for disabilities and conditions. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I love my crutches! I have a walking stick too. They make me feel very safe because they’re really strong mobility aids but the moulded grip makes all the difference too. The neoprene grip cover is great especially in the winter! Thank you

I have 3 walking sticks from cool crutches and they are absolutely amazing!! The way they feel in my hand is so much more comfortable than regular walking sticks and they are so supportive with no clicking or racketing noises! The designs are beautiful and they really make me feel more confident as a younger walking aid user! I also love how much they truly care about the disabled community and how much awareness they raise for us! Cool Crutches are just the best!!

I have used cool crutches for many years, and they have been my one consistent as far as mobility aids go. They look stunning, they are so comfortable. They are incomparable to any other brand. I would never consider using any other crutch or walking stick. The aids from cool crutches, the founders, the owners, every single individual within that business goes above and beyond to not only deliver such a fantastic product but to make sure their customers have an amazing experience! I have used cool crutches since approximately 2019. I have no complaints, no quarrels. Only positive feedback to give this brand and its staff! I have bought multiple products from Cool Crutches and I always get the best compliments from for using them. I love my crutches - from the diverse range of designs to how comfortable they are when using them for long periods of time (no blisters!), they really have spent years perfecting them. Using my crutches have helped immensely with my rehabilitation post spinal injury. Cost per wear/use makes my crutches very affordable - if you're going to use something as regularly as you would crutches, you know that it's worth it. Highly recommend!

Beautiful crutches, from a disabled female owned business. I love being able to send my designs over to CC and see them come to life on my mobility aids. Comfortable and practical, I am never without at least two pairs in my car. The obvious choice for cool looking crutches!

I bought some of their crutches a while ago and while functionally they were good, I had issues with Vinyl tearing and dusty. To be fair - the company did replace quickly/easily. My new ones also had the vinyl rip after a few months but i did not bother to report.

I follow them on insta and they shared a post telling people to use chatGPT/ai to get medical advice. This included telling people to tell AI chatbots their full name, DOB, NHS number and diagnosis and uploading medical notes.

This was concerning and unsafe advice as AI should not be used like that. Many people commented and shared their concerns. Especially as their target audience are more vulnerable. Instead of listening, cool crutches deleted their post and blocked multiple people (inc me) because we explained how dangerous this advice was. They know multiple of us were paying customers. So far they have issues zero apology or recognition of this and have posted multiple times since - just not about the AI thing.

I spent a lot of money with them before and I have lost all trust in a company that would just block people online and hide when they were in the wrong.

as much as I want to support a company seeking to increase disabled joy, I think this one missed the mark. The advertising has always insinuated that the crutches sold were designed and manufactured by the company themselves, and yet I recently discovered that they are sourced from a different, far more affordable company and simply vinyl wrapped. That's something I've done to my own crutches for a fraction of the price this company charges, and it would probably last longer too. I am additionally very disappointed by this company's support and usage of generative AI.

No one chooses to be disabled - and as other reviewers have observed, the standard ( grim ) NHS issue walking aids only seem to draw attention to a sad situation.
I was delighted to find Cool Crutches ! And although I had to save for my purchase, I spent many happy hours choosing my package from an amazing selection.
I was thrilled by both the service offered and the quality of crutch, stick, ferrules, and grips when they arrived, Easy to adjust, robust, and so stylish …

The purchase was easy, the delivery was quick. I had a little difficulty with adjusting the height but once I realised what the issue was it was simple to do. I contacted cool crutches for advice and Charlotte got back to me quite quickly. All in all a pleasant shopping experience

Rapid delivery. Sadly had to return the ferrule but the stick is great. ALSO forgot to say the customer service is superb.

Very quick delivery if you pay! Nice , interesting crutch. I have ms and would have preferred not to pay tax but although asked how to do it, I got no help.!Inpaid full price but I still think my new cutch is worth it, I’ve bought a crutch from cool crutches before and I will buy again!

My Father, at 87, needed a walking stick and was quite embarrassed by this development. He is President of his local cricket club and I wondered if I could get a stick made in his club colours to ‘cushion the blow’ and create a conversation piece. I found Cool Crutches online and am so glad I did. I sent in my order and ideas through their excellent website (complete with Pantone colours) and Clare responded almost immediately. Then the designers took my ideas and improved them and, within a morning, we agreed what we wanted. It was delivered three days later to my delighted Father who is looking forward to showing it off at Saturday’s match.

I love the concept of Cool Crutches, and how Clare and Amelia create a sense of fun at a difficult juncture of anyone’s life. The product is outstanding, the service even better and the delivery was so fast. I could not recommend them highly enough.
