The rental guides were very friendly and patient and the park was gorgeous. The e-bikes were a great way to explore when your time is limited.

This was a awesome experience for myself and my family it was awesome we see dolphins in many locations seen sea turtle clusters of dolphins always got to swim with the dolphins my husband was literally right next to them side by side

Had a great time! This was our 2nd time using this charter boat to bay fish and we will continue to do so! Great for family outing!

Had a bit of difficulty connecting at the port, but after we found Isa, our guide, everything went smoothly. He was an excellent guide & would recommend him highly. Buyers should be aware that none of the entrance fees are included, which explains why the tour price is considerably lower than others. Nonetheless, it was a great tour & would highly recommend it.

Our shuttle driver was amazing. Very interactive with our group. She was just as great as our tour.

Friendliness, information provided, relaxed atmosphere, seeing the area from a different angle. Easy to book, lovely location.

Our tour guide Patrick was in town and well prepared, with snacks, water, Gatorade, lunch, hiking poles and a comfortable car to fit all of us and all the things we carried. He knew we’re to stop for breaks and pictures. Took lots of pictures for us. I had two daughters and he played with them all the time, telling riddles and jokes. They really liked him. He was very patient. Some people though he was family.

misleading and confusing booking interface that caused me to make a purchase I did not intend to complete. During the booking process, the website’s design and presentation made it unclear that I was finalizing a non-refundable purchase.

Upon realizing the error, I promptly contacted the merchant to request a cancellation, refund, or account credit. Despite my immediate efforts to resolve the matter, the merchant refused to provide any accommodation, including a refund or future-use credit.
Had the booking process been presented in a clear and transparent manner,
This agency is predatory, and would have no issue insulting you as evident with their communications with my credit card company.

Your guide was very knowledgeable and beside that he was personable and friendly. We were able to get in spots not easily accessible, and he customize our experience to our wishes.

Made a great suggestion for what we wanted to do. Booking process was easy. The tour and guide was amazing. Would do again over and over!!

It was awesome!

Awesome deal for a really great place for kids on a hot day in NYC

Fun and fabulous

Lorenzo was amazing! So knowledgeable of the area and treated us like family! We had such a lovely day high pint of our trip

We absolutely loved our golf cart experience! It was the perfect way to explore Key West, especially as part of a larger group, as we were able to travel together in a fun convoy. It made getting around easy, enjoyable, and stress-free, while allowing us to see all the key sights at our own pace. The cart was also a great escape from the summer heat when we needed it (just remember to keep reapplying your sunscreen; you feel so much cooler on the cart that it’s easy to forget ☀️).

We highly recommend booking a cart with Cool Destinations. All information/instructions were provided at the time of booking, so we knew exactly what to expect, and we experienced excellent customer service at Hydro Thunder when picking up and dropping off.

This really is one of the best ways to see Key West! We will be back as soon as we can 🥰

Great guide, great experience!

Very efficient pick up and delivery to port. Comfortable vehicle. Friendly and informative driver. Three great spots to visit - Etretat, Honfleur and Calvados Cider Distillery. We were surprisingly impressed with the distillery presentation.

The train ride was very interesting and relaxing. The host assigned to our car added a lot of additional details to the narrative. I would suggest you give those people a microphone so they don’t have to yell. The yelling was very disruptive and hard to follow.

Cameron was amazing. He kept us engaged through out the tour. We loved learning the history of St Petersburg. We highly recommend this tour to all who visit.
