Absolutely great visit, as always, from Sam. He quickly repaired a minor issue with my unit and as always, was so friendly, explained really clearly what the issue was and then had all the tools to fix it immediately in a really clean and orderly fashion. 10/10 service as always! Thank you Sam!

Adam, the engineer, was great!
Adam was great! He came over to clean and service our AC. Such a lovely and warm guy, the whole experience really made my day, plus gave us great tips to maintain our AC. All the best to you, Adam!

Excellent customer service as ever from Adam today for the yearly service. Lots of helpful advice and he’s cleaned and maintained the system for another year. We’re very happy with the air conditioning, we’ve had it now for over a year and it’s been a godsend for what once was an incredibly hot flat. We leave the unit on all summer to keep the temperature down and have only noticed about an extra £30 a month on the electric bill even with constant use. Would highly recommend the unit itself and everyone we have met from survey , installation, service and admin has been professional and helpful.
