Excellent service from Andrew and the Cool You team. Professional, responsive and genuinely knowledgeable from start to finish. The installation was completed to a very high standard and everything was left spotless afterwards. Really impressed with the communication and overall customer experience. Highly recommended.

My A/C unit was installed very professionally in March 26 and Andrew came in May to service it ahead of the summer. He was very professional arriving on time and servicing the machine and asking if I had any questions. Thoroughly commended

Good brand ambassador!
Andrew was polite, punctual and efficient. He carried out the service of our AC units and explained what he’d done and asked if we had any queries.
Have always been happy dealing with Cool You and really appreciate our AC in the hot weather.

Truly Exceptional
Nothing but exceptional service throughout the whole process. From pre-sales, through surveys and final reviews before installation and the installation process itself - best customer experience I've had in the UK. It isn't cheap, but as with most things you really do get what you pay for and this system will save my bacon during the summer months.
