Non-visible Internal hidden leak fixed by Adam
I have had my cool you coolant for about 5 years now. I had a hidden leak showing up with my water board-one that was not visible whatsoever. Trying all avenues, I thought about the AC as it is attached to the mains. Cool You sent over Adam and the leak is now fixed due to an old valve (or something) not shutting properly due to wear allowing a small trickle to run through the pipes. Thank you for repairing and replacing the necessary parts.

Experienced and friendly engineer
Had my AC annual maintenance, the engineer was very polite and friendly. He even asked me whether he should take off his shoes before I’ve even asked.
All jobs completed no more than 20 mins.
They are all trained and fast. Will recommend.

My flat had reached temperatures of 35-40 in the summer and was becoming unbearable to live in. I was highly sceptical of Cool You but a neighbour had recommended them so I decided to give them a shot.
I'm pleased to say the air con provided by Cool You is fantastic, it has completely cooled down my flat (which is now enjoyable to live in again).
Even if the outside weather is extremely hot, my flat remains cool all year round thanks to this amazing product
On top of this, the customer service has been excellent. Jake has been brilliant to work with, he is very caring and highly responsive to customer queries and a great ambassador for the brand. He will do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction and makes it his number one priority.
Adam is also fantastic and has done a great job to ensure the units are working well after I purchased them.
