Excellent Service
I have been very happy with the service I have received from Cool You since they installed my air conditioning system in June 2025. The system works extremely well and keeps my flat cool. I am also very happy with the recent visit from Adam, who provided the annual service for my system. He provided excellent service, and it is reassuring to know that the system is still working well, and that Cool You will be ensuring that this continues to be the case going forward

Great internal AC unit for hot leasehold apartments
CoolYou is a trusted water cooled air conditioning company that we and several other apartments in our building use. We have never had a problem with our unit and are glad we get get our annual maintenance work done. This year, Adam came over to do our maintenance work and he was prompt, professional and personable and hope we get him again next year

Coolyou - we can't do without!
We had our first scheduled maintenance visit today - couldn't have made it through summer last year, without! Adam, who had done our initial survey was quick and efficient with the service. He was so pleasant, courteous to my elderly parents, explained the work undertaken,and left the space clean and tidy
And our puppy loved him, to boot :)!

Repeated failures to fix faulty unit
Technician fixed unit initially, then it stopped working a month later. I reported the fault several times, and CoolYou has been unresponsive.

Service done today - top guy Adam
I originally had my air conditioning unit installed by Cool You back in August after my London flat became almost unbearable during the summer.
Today I had the unit serviced for the first time under the maintenance agreement and once again the experience was fantastic. I actually only booked the service yesterday and they managed to get me a slot for this morning, which I thought was brilliant. Adam came out to do the service and he was an absolute delight – we had a great chat and he was just a genuinely lovely guy. He was really thorough with the service, explained what he was doing and why, asked if I had any questions, and even gave me some helpful tips on how to get the best performance and maintenance out of the unit.
Overall another 10/10 experience from Cool You. It’s lovely that the level of service continues even after the installation is done. Thanks again Adam – top guy!

A highly customer focused company
The AC system installed by Cool You in our adult daughter’s flat last summer has completely transformed her level of comfort. She is disabled and had been previously using large portable AC systems which were not effective enough and left trailing cables that were a danger. Due to the usual restrictions in her flat development we were clear that traditional AC systems would not be permitted, so we were thrilled to see that the innovative fully internal Cool You system overcame this.
Throughout the consultation and installation all the Cool You staff were brilliant and promptly answered all our questions, including various technical queries from the flat developers who were initially saying it could not be installed. They finally agreed and the installation went very smoothly and the AC system was used throughout last summer to great effect. There was one technical issue that arose but the maintenance team were on the case immediately and resolved it to our satisfaction. Cool You are clearly a company that treats its customers with huge respect and their AC systems are highly effective and perfect for flats where temperatures soar in the summer months.

Responsive, on-time and did a clean perfect job
This is the second time I have used Cool You. About 3 years ago they installed one unit and reliably maintained it since.
Recently I enquired about extending the solution to another room. This was no problem. I received a quote very quickly and the install was arranged for about a month later. I was lucky with availability as I guess.
The team turned up on time, installed it perfectly and cleaned up after their work. You would hardly know they were there. I have a new build so the ceiling void could be used to conceal the pipes. They did have to cut a few holes in my perfect ceiling which I was warned about in advance. I have to say this was done well. Yes I had to do a little light filling, sanding and painting afterwards but I can hardly see where they had been.
I totally recommend this company. The solution is fantastic and while I only use air con in the worst heat and largely at night, I can say my water bills or electric bills have not seen a noticeable change. It's not something I hesitate to use.
