Called today to arrange portal access for one of our customers. Spoke with Bilal Nahim, who was extremely helpful, waited while I forwarded a copy of the letter of authority to allow us to act on customer's behalf and then sorted the access for the customer on the call.

Our first experience with Corona Energy was in January 2026 when our flat was vacated by the tenant. We then discovered that Corona Energy was a business only energy supplier, but not until the charges made to us were ridiculously high. Corona thought we were a business, but no, we are just two people renting out a flat. It took months not weeks to finally get the problem resolved and for them to change the amounts charged to domestic rates. We obviously changed supplier and have now paid the debt to Corona. I have to say that Barbara Hunter in Credit Control was extremely helpful and understanding about our situation, which was eventually resolved with her help. I do think that Corona need to make customers aware that they are business only suppliers before a contract is even discussed. |It took weeks for us to be told that by which time costs were spiralling. I would no recommend Corona Energy to anyone.
