I recently had the opportunity to use the corporategift.com gifting platform and I was extremely impressed with its functionality and ease of use.
One of the things I liked most about the platform is its user-friendly interface. It was very easy to navigate and find the products I was looking for. The website also had a wide selection of gifts to choose from, including options for all budgets.

I used corporategift.com for my holiday gifting and I was extremely impressed with its ease of use.
We have used the eGift Collection feature, this allowed me to have my gift recipients choose their own gift and provide their shipping address, saving me a lot of time and hassle.
They also provide great customer service and support. I highly recommend.
More of a headache
Ordered gifts a few employees. They couldn't fulfill the order for one of them. They didn't even let me know, I had to reach out to them. I asked them just to let my employee pick a new gift, they said no. Not until the vendor they had the order with cancelled the order on their end. Its a long story, but either way my employee was not going to get the gift until weeks after it was ordered so I just canceled. The person behind the help chat could not do anything other than just tell me I have to wait. They still have not refunded the order. Even if they are waiting for money or confirmation back from their vendor, they should still refund me. The should not pass the problems they have with their vendors on to customers. Generally just a headache to deal with when this is supposed to save you time.

Would not recommend
More than half the orders never arrived, out of stock on the items that had already been delivered (found out AFTER paying) One order never arrived due to poor packaging where the bottle of alcohol broke. I have called four times, emailed and have no refund or resolution at this time and our company has been ordering from them for ten years however this business will discontinue after this bad experience.

Gift was intended for me
Gift was intended for me, but was sent to the wrong address. FedEx offered no accountability or assistance, and CorporateGift wrote they'd look into it and then fell off the face of the planet despite repeat emails asking for an update. Bottom line - my friend and colleague sent me a gift that I never received, by no fault of mine or his, and corporate gift.com took no accountability and worse, promised to look into it and then then simply hoped I'd go away. If I received the gift, I might have had better things to say. But I didn't, and they didn't handle it well, so based on my experience I recommend you consider an alternative. Because things happen and what matters most with this service is that your recipients are taken care of.
UPDATE - I did eventually get the gift (yay). Gift was sent on 12/21; received on 1/13. Elevated from 1 to 2 stars. That may seem harsh, but standards should be high for service when a common issue develops like when FedEx fails to deliver to the right address. Process, accountability, and communication should be much better.

My employer offered us a gift of our choice through Corporate gifts and mine was stolen of my doorstep. I emailed them about my stolen package and they were able to help me get a replacement gift sent. They always responded quickly and were very friendly! Thank you for your help!

Found this option very helpful during the holiday season. We ran into some challenges with alcohol gifts shipping to states with restrictions and the site has local suppliers to fulfill these orders in many of these restricted states. Will use this service again.

The first product I ordered from CorporateGift.com required my company's logo. Omer, the Director of
Sales, personally reach out to confirmed my order because the logo file I originally uploaded was not going to print well. Omer proceeded to give me guidance and but made sure my concerns for delivery were met. The results of my ordered was awesome and all our gifts made it on time to it's desinations.

Custom Gift Boxes
I ordered custom chocolate boxes with our company logo and they were more than I could have anticipated. Turnaround time was fast and efficient. No damage to the chocolate boxes during shipping. Everything is packed neatly and handled with care. I Highly recommend ! Will definitely be using their services again.
DON’T use corporategift.com!
DON’T! We ordered over 180 gifts and many of our employees never got the e-gift email. The ones that did their link didn’t work. But what’s worse is that many got the wrong gift.
Two of our employees that don’t drink alcohol due to their religious beliefs got alcohol baskets that they didn’t ordered.
Maya the CEO was not apologetic at all and I felt since they already got all our money they didn’t care much.

I received an eGift from my employer with multiple choices which was cool, I appreciated the chance to choose something I wanted and have it shipped to my house rather than our empty office!

I got to CorporateGifts through an E-gift that I received from my employer. On their website, I was given multiple options to choose from, which included not only explanations, but also pictures from different angles. After I made my decision, and confirmed my order, they kept in touch.They updated me as to the shipment status.
When the package arrived (just in time for the holidays), I was very impressed not only with the packaging, and the gift that chose, but that there was a personal note included.
The idea was my employer's, but the execution was CorporateGift's. Nicely done, and thank you.
Extremely unprofessional customer service, doesn't stand behind their offers
EDITED TO ADD: 3 months later, and I still haven't received my refund, despite many emails. I'm now handling this directly with paypal to get my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I placed an $825 order for my business to test this company out for my promotional materials. When I first went to the website, a big pop-up appeared offering 10% off my first order, so I put in my email address and got confirmation that my coupon was “on the way”.
However, the only email that came was a generic "welcome to corporategifts.com" email - no 10% off code. So I put my items in my shopping cart and then went to live chat and asked about the coupon there, but no one responded. So then I thought maybe it would be auto-applied at the time the order was placed, tying it into my email address.
I proceeded to placed my order, and it still didn't apply. So I sent an immediate email, explaining all of this and asking for it to be applied or for my order to be cancelled if they were unwilling to honor it. No response to my email, 5 days later.
Today I went back on live chat and explained the situation and all of my attempts to get this applied. The agent told they were unwilling to honor it/adjust my order after the fact, but they could send a coupon to use "next time". I told him I was not interested in that, and that they had failed to honor it by stating that it would be sent via email, and then not sending it (I got all their other emails, so this had nothing to do with just not receiving the coupon - it was just never sent), as well as failing to respond to my emails or chats that I had sent both before and after the order was placed.
Despite all of that, he was unwaivering. They would not honor the 10% in order to keep my $800 order and retain me as a customer. While disappointed – I accepted their position and asked for cancellation/refund and I would take my business elsewhere. But apparently he was done with the conversation at that point, and proceeded to leave the chat – before my refund was confirmed, and without any warning. Thinking maybe he just lost connection, I stuck around/reinitiated to try to get resolution. Every time the chat system would auto-rejoin him back into the chat – he would see that it was me and immediately leave - this happened 3 times. Eventually he realized that I wasn't going to leave without a confirmation of my cancellation/refund, to which he finally replied that he was emailing it, and without waiting for my response, left the chat again.
No "I'm sorry this didn't work out" or "Have a nice day" just exiting the chat out of irritation. It's the online chat version of being hung up on - over and over and over and over again. I was really disappointed that they didn't value my $800 order enough to extend a one-time refund to honor their 10% offer and try to retain new customer… but then to be essentially "hung up" on 4 times while asking for confirmation of my refund - that is what prompted me to leave this review. That was one of the most unprofessional experiences and appalling customer service encounters I’ve ever had.
