Needs due diligence!
Had many questions when I tried to do due diligence on this company. The W-9 says the LLC company owner is Nathan Resnick in Billings MT. Resnick is also associated with HeartCheck Health in Salt Lake City. The picture of the company building on the web site doesn't match either of these addresses. His phone number is in California. I can't find any W-9 EIN business records. 5 employees are listed on linkedin, none of their photos match the web site corporate photo. Makes me wonder.

Fair pricing & EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS!
We worked with David at Cost Segregation Guys on two luxury condo remodels and could not be more impressed with our overall experience and the results of the study.
From the very beginning, they were incredibly easy to work with. Communication was seamless and easy through text and they were responsive at all hours of the day, answered every question thoroughly, and guided us through the entire process with patience and clarity. Nothing ever felt rushed or brushed off as I had a lot of questions since this was our first time doing a cost seg.
We also interviewed another cost segregation firm before moving forward, and while their projected savings were higher on paper, their fee to complete the study was nearly double. In the end, I am very glad we chose Cost Segregation Guys. Their pricing was incredibly fair, which made the study truly worth doing, and their approach felt honest and realistic from the start. Even though their initial bonus depreciation estimates were intentionally conservative, the final results ended up being roughly double what they originally projected. Which obviously we are so happy about! I actually appreciate that they chose to under promise rather than oversell, as it made the final outcome even more impressive and reinforced our confidence in their integrity and expertise.
Because these were luxury remodels, their detailed, engineering based approach captured significantly more value than anticipated. With 100 percent bonus depreciation this year, the outcome was a substantial savings in taxes and well worth it!!
If you are considering a cost segregation study and want a team that is knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and genuinely invested in helping you maximize legitimate tax savings, Cost Segregation Guys are the real deal. We would absolutely work with them again and recommend them without hesitation.
