❌ Beware – Overcharged and Dishonest Company!
I had a very bad experience with this company. They quoted one price initially, but later added hidden/fake charges and made the final cost much higher than expected.
They were not transparent and tried to cover up the pricing scam. It feels like a deliberate way to cheat customers.
Their communication was also poor and unprofessional. I do not recommend this business to anyone.
Please be cautious and double-check everything before trusting them
Major red flag:
they’re deleting or reporting genuine negative reviews, it usually means they’re trying to cover up a pattern of dishonest behavior.

BUYER BEWARE!
This is a fly by night one person operated company. I believe all the reviews are fake. They claim to be located in Utah but they are not registered in the state. You cannot find anyone that works for the company or validate the address. I had a cost seg done with them and numbers abnormally high. They claim to provide audit support during a phone call but the report they provided specifically states that they don't. Please research the company before doing business with them. Beware!

Having completed thousands of studies across the country and become one of the fastest growing cost segregation study companies in the nation, my gut tells me this is a competitor trying to attack us. I've checked all our of messages and asked each one of our team members and we don't have any customers by the name Jermaine.
Excellent Cost Segregation Study Company - Fast and Reasonably Priced!
The Cost Segregation Guys are an excellent to work with. This was my first time using them, coming from another company I wasn't pleased with, and I will definitely recommend them to others. They were super fast with the turn around of the study, answered all of my questions, and most importantly, had a great price! Look no further, these are your guys!!
